Pros

For just starting out my business and coming from more expensive software it was the best descision I made to help keep everything organized and flowing. Great choice for any tech to use.
Scheduling features are nice and intuitive compared to your competitors software. Ability for team to easily access service history and customer equipment is also a huge benefit to us.
The Fieldpulse team also has great support that listens to you and actually supports you. They also have a feature called engage that integrates VOIP into their software.

Pros

I run a team of about 7 techs as of now and we have had used many of other softwares and this is by far the best. Customer service is friendly and helps you with every need.
The ability to break each job down to its component cost and let you know what your true cost and margins are on each job is great.
Their system is very user friendly and I love the customization for their format.

Cons

Deleting and changing invoices is a pain and when the QB sync screws up with payment it sometimes still says invoiced when it has been paid and there is no way to manually change the status.
Software is not working well for us as we have single customers with alot of individual site and units to keep up with.
Hard to view all customers in database at a glance. Only displays a portion at a time.

Cons

These are both items that have failed before and I'm sure will fail again. They fail to test updates sufficiently when they are made time and time again.
You name it and it either is still not working or has broken multiple times in the last few months.
The amount of glitches we had to deal with and the amount of issues still unresolved major part of program broken and still no fix.
