The best feature about fiix for me is the organisation of assets and their logical accessibility. Ease of use was another plus as it did not take long for me to pick up the software.

Part allocation to asset from PO invoice

Pros

it was easy to present work orders to multiple workers from my office, just if all my workers were properly trained how to run the app would be better, having youtube briefing would be good

Cons

wish there was an easier way to allocate invoices from parts to an asset. by creating a work order or just being able to tag a part to certain assets and inventory locations

Easy to keep track of things. Mobile app is super handy for ton the go work and history

Cons

With us being a bit of an oddball in the industry having multiple locations and only one maintenance department it is sometimes difficult to keep track of all work orders as an end user as the techs dont have the access to the "all site" function like admins do. Also a bit of a learning curve but once you get used to it its good.

Pros

What I like the best is the ability to store files. Under each asset you are able to store documents pertaining to that asset.

Cons

This is a very smart software. I don't really have a con about it. I like to use it and it easy to use.

asset management, scheduled maintenance

Cons

No offline feature available as of yet. We use this system on our marine vessels and internet service isn't always available in some areas.

In general, as someone who is exploring the features, I feel this software has great potential in our operation.

Pros

The software is somewhat user-friendly however there are many "hidden features" yet for me to find. It is difficult for the end-users, maintenance workers, to use the system and they end up printing the work orders.

Cons

If the functionality of the mobile app was improved, this would be a great asset.
