The Asset Guardian (TAG) is a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) which integrates with Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office 365 to plan and monitor maintenance tasks. With the aim of providing an all-in-one tool for businesses to schedule, control, and track scheduled and preventive asset maintenance, The Asset Guardian includes a drag and drop maintenance calendar, a custom insights dashboard, work order management, and seamless integration with Microsoft Cloud tools.
In order to provide enhanced mobility for on-the-go maintenance management, TAG can be accessed from anywhere, on any device, so that users can view real-time information relating to assets and maintenance, and includes offline capability for mobile devices without internet access. To facilitate effective maintenance scheduling, TAG includes calendar management with side-by-side views of each technicians maintenance calendar for an at-a-glance overview of which team members have availability for upcoming jobs. Each technician also has access to their own individual calendar which is color coded to highlight emergency, critical, and urgent tasks. The calendar tool automatically syncs with Microsoft Outlook and Exchange so that schedules can be accessed and edited, using a drag and drop interface, from familiar daily tools.
Work orders can be managed within TAG using tools for creating work orders manually, generating requests, as well as planning, managing, distributing, and approving work order requests. Technicians can log important data, such as results, comments, and requirements within TAG when completing work orders. TAG also facilitates asset and equipment management with tracking tools such as asset profiles, an equipment hierarchy, asset history logs, consumables monitoring, usage statistics, time and meter triggers, and more.
