Some features are not immediately intuitive, especially when setting up reports, managing notifications, or locating specific information.

Facilities Manager

Helps me have my work organized on all maintenance schedules up to date and the office teem all on the same page with schedules and reservations on all of the areas.

We’re currently implementing mapping to connect assets and key areas of our campus, and we’re excited to eventually roll everything into capital planning.

Assistant Director

Not only is it user friendly but you can add images to help depict the problem.

I appreciate the visibilty to all stakeholders too.

IT Director

Instead of it being tiered by essentially "Time/Date" of submission.

Office Manager

We as a school district have many reports and information that is needed to be pulled for different departments.

I enjoy being able to customize the website with our resources and that my changes are protected from others being able to change my data.

one thing I heard is that I cannot attach a PDF file.

We were able to go paperless and let all our Technicians go mobil with iPads.

Having different tabs for the Calendar, Maintenance Requests, and Schedule Requests is so helpful to be able to see everything I'm looking for in one space.

Director of Educational Technology

Import/export features boost efficiency and make completing tasks much easier.

We also can prioritize work orders based on needs.

The UI is great and the customization is great.

We are way more organized, efficient, and budget conscious.

There are a few fields in the schedule request I would like to take out, but they are standard to the FMX system

Administrative Assistant, Director of Facilities

Also, the "on behalf of" feature is useful, but it has confused a lot of people, as they think they need to select their own name in that field.

It's user-friendly, flexible, and makes data tasks easy.

Outstanding product with great support!

My overall experience with FMX is an easy 10/10.

Very customizable, lots of options to customize forms & settings.

We use it for inventory and work orders for Maintenance.

We started with just the schedule requests for space and calendar management.

Interim Facilities Director

Fmx is a great bridge gapping tool between our techs and employees (requesters) on acknowledging, statues, and completion of work orders.

Key management solution did not work for the way we manage keys for instance.

There are a lot of customizable options, so it can be tricky to know what to select at first.

ASSISTANT

NOT ONLY DO THEY ANSWER MY QUESTIONS OR HELP ME RESOLVE MY ISSUES, THEY ALSO SHOW ME WAYS TO RESOLVE THEM MYSELF.
