Although the cloud software works great and is easy to use, I wish it had more advanced features.

I use it to "check out" a product for use like I would at a library and for that purpose, the app is very useful.

Our Operations team use it for stocktaking and depreciation.

The feature I like best is are the scannable codes for checking out a product.

GoCodes are easily scanned with the app - or online input from the internet.

We can now ensure we don't have lost samples and saved time in our stocktakes.

Its great having a single source of truth which can be updated and accessed by all our mobile phones.

Currently, the user needs to hover over one by one in order to see a the asset image, or change views entirely. If I check-in an asset manually, it still shows the previous scanned location on the map.

It's nice that the program is pretty self-explanatory - so we've been able to work out issues on our own.

The only we wished it did was have an automatic GPS tracking system.  

It makes it so easy to check out equipment for a event and track who is responsible for it.  

It would be so nice if there was a way to duplicate some of the text from one product to the next. And our drivers have struggled to try to use this because when they check and item in or out we ask them to add a customer name and address if it isn't already there.

That way if equipment is left behind we could track it down.

I don't like that I seem to be able to look up other user's "checked out" items.

I wish the customized columns had a "paragraph" type of option so that we would have another area to make notes about the asset.

The new stickers they are using do not hold up well.

This would give us an easy "who has it" record of assets. As it stands, it looks like what it does do something similar to this - but it appears to simply email (and record the email) to the account of the asset.

I wouldn't expect to see other people's library book check outs at a library.

An extra plus is being notified when a property owner has broken containment because they can't resist "scanning for more information" .
