What I like the best was the scheduling automatically and how my foreman can download an app and know what they need to do on a daily basis and if I need to add notes, I can do that so I can scale my company better spend more time with my children

Inability to change routing from tablets on the fly, inability to micro target using "finger lariat" on map, inability to instruct AI routing to stick to one side of the street, then do the other, not just route to the closest house.

There is no "change log" option to go back in time and determine which users made which changes in Jobber; the activity log is live ONLY, so we are only able to track/view the most recent 100 changes (which for our busy company is only about 2 hours worth of activity).

Adjusting weekly work schedules isn’t enough, I need to be able to enter specific unavailable times (such as appointments, time off, or partial-day blocks) for each team member and have those blackout periods automatically appear and prevent conflicts on the Jobber scheduling calendar.

Cost. 2. When current customers fill out our request form, if their name is slightly different, it creates a duplicate client. If the address is slightly off, it creates a duplicate address.

I work for a tree service company in Washington and we use Jobber for scheduling, invoicing, client communications and more.

They can access job details, add notes, upload photos, and track time without having to call the office constantly.

Schedule and payments, I am able to set up a job, typically from my phone because I’m always on the go, I can bill out immediately as we finish, my customers love that.

I have the middle option plan and it dose not have a way for me to send options for quotes i usually have to include it in the same invoice  which looks unprofessional.

The price book dose not allow me to categorize the different rates i have for different vendors which makes the pricing way less streamlined

Overall, I like jobber, but I feel like there can be still improvements made to it for snow removal. Where we can route our snow clients like we do for mowing clients and name them plowing and salting or salting and walks only.

Field operations

The invoicing and scheduling is my favorite part about jobber were able to easily book clients on weekly or bi weekly scheduling and get paid the same day.

We love how reliable it is, and the features fit perfectly with the way we operate — from routing our crews to tracking work orders to keeping our admin side running clean.

When you view a photo, initially when we had jobber, you saw just the photo, now there is a large version of the photo in the background and the smaller photo in the center.  

Pond Management

Like any software, there’s some minor annoyances with a few features such as not being able to send pics through the 2 way texting feature. But they’re always taking in feedback and updating or fixing issues.

It allows us to keep extremely detailed notes for each client and see clients schedule easily.

Landscape Design

The price is pretty expensive. If we have a service like Christmas lights (they pay in full at installation) but we have to come back and take down the lights, it feels like we have to re-open the job to schedule the take downs.

It has become the operational core of Brilliant Brothers Services and has allowed us to manage a high volume of work without sacrificing organization or client communication.

Clients with multiple properties, if we need to make a note on a specific address, we have to do that on the Client's main account and list the address and the note.
