Additionally, some advanced features have a steep learning curve, requiring extra time and training for new users.

It takes a while to figure out where everything is and how the different parts connect.

We started using Joblogic a few months ago and it covers a lot of ground.

The reporting module took a bit to figure out, it's not super intuitive at first glance.

It's easy to see where everyone is and assign new jobs quickly, which saves us a ton of time daily.

Having run jobs for a team of around 50 engineers of various trades through joblogic for nearly 5 months I can confidently say Joblogic does the job for us!For an off the shelf solution Joblogic already offers a lot of functionality, a very intuitive user interface, flexibility in use of parameters and settings and all the job management tools you need on a daily basis.

What we got instead was a clunky, confusing interface that's nearly impossible to navigate, and a support team that clearly doesn’t understand their own product.

Even worse, once it became clear the system couldn't do what we needed, they refused to offer a refund which is over £1000

One downside is that the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, with a lot of details to learn.

The deployment took very less time and the system meet majority of our business needs.

the jobsheet templates are hard to design they seem to not work too well and need alot of adjustments i am having to put alot of time into the process of setting this software up and the jobsheets im finding abit frustrating.
