I would strongly caution other businesses to get everything in writing before signing, and to be wary of vague promises made during the demo process.

Even worse, once it became clear the system couldn't do what we needed, they refused to offer a refund which is over £1000

It has a User-friendly interface and it is amazing for time tracking.

It provides a solid platform for managing jobs efficiently, although it may require some time to fully adapt to its features.

Feels like their focus is moving away from the locally hosted to cloud based ServiceSight product, so I'd advise anyone looking at Protean to ensure the solution they choose is the correct future-proofed solution for the business, as moving into or from Protean (or similar products) is not a small project.
