The overall experience has been great and has made life easier for us in many ways, we have been able to correct many issues through tracking jobs in a better way and look internally at our processes in a better way which helps us long term as well - we have noticed a huge positive change in the last year and are constantly improving on  our processes with finctions  job watch has to offer, and implementing them.

The biggest selling point for Big Change was the flexibility and modularity of being able to create our own Worksheets for what is a very unique business, with ePod requirements that aren't accommodated for in the majority of ePod systems.

The customizable aspects also make the job management side feel more unique to our own needs and allow us to adapt it on the fly rather than trying to work out how to make a system work for us.

Feedback to them is so important as they are constantly develop the system. When I started the office was full of sticky notes with staff reminders & messages, we had several different systems, a lot of tasks were done manually i.e. engineers job sheets.

The feature i least like the most about BigChange would be the stockig aspect, As a buyer and from a procurement sector, there is lack of detail and can be rather difficult to accurately manage stock levels currently.

The user interface is quite clunky and old looking, it could do with an update as it isn't overly intuitive making it harder for new staff in the office to learn.

I understand there are a large number of business types all wanting different operating functionality and all experiencing different issues but the time taken to solve some of our issues has been way too long.

Big change is used in our business within every department, starting from an initial enquiry right to through to after care service.

The monthly invoices is a massive issue, it shouldn't be such a long winded process to submit our monthly invoices.

We have been able to move away from paper certs, using a third party tracking system, invoice more precisely.

There has been a lot of change within the group and it would be good to see retention within the 'account manager' role as we build a relationships and then the representative changes.  

We reluctantly signed but didn't set the system up for a few months as we just didn't have the time to spends hours and hours inputting data.

I feel like being able to use two different mobile devices seamlessly without loosing progress on reports would be amazing, such as starting a report on one device and then moving to another such as a laptop and logging in to have all the pictures which have been uploaded still in the app instead of logging in and having to start from scratch.

Again taking the time and man power out of the invoicing, meaning we can invoice out more frequently with ease which is improving the cash flow for our business. Since using Big Change we have achieved a more stream line process for job management, financials and starting to achieve more stock control with in the company.

The stock and inventory section could do with some tweets to make this area be more flexible to fit the needs of different customers. And stock control needs improving, not letting you go into minus numbersThe search facility- it doesn't actually 'search anything' as it says!Not having access to view our Big Change invoices for use of the software online all in one place.

Exporting data could be more versatile, but this has improved as I've used BigChange and will, I'm sure, improve more as time goes on.

It has so many options, alerts, flags, notes, noteflags and reporting facilities it takes a while to try them all.  

I liked the suggestions portal and the feeling that improvements were being made based on our requirements (it's a shame that this no longer exists).

As with many comprehensive packages they didn’t start out that way meaning they have grown arms and legs as time has gone by.
