The live triggers allow it to be used on stage which is a great tool for in the moment production as well. The stock samples, sounds, and plugins are all fantastic.

Live has always provided an inspiring array of sounds and plugins to help produce music or write from the ground up. It's quick and easy to learn which makes the creative process even easier.

I like the huge Virtual Instruments in the Library of LIVE. Ableton have a good integration for the most Hardware on  the Market.

Everything is integrated into one window, which really helps the workflow. It eliminates the need for cluttering multiple windows plus plugins, thus giving it a very clean and enjoyable experience.

As musicians we can get a very rich quality export from this software. I made much  more songs ,advertisment audios ,outros  from Live...very easy to use.

Ableton Live's ease of use with a variety of genres and production processes is one of the most impactful features.

My overall experience was okay however it was very confusing to me. Mixing and mastering was so different and hard for me to grasp and is not for beginners.

Have had such a great experience with their support team reordering parts I needed for a controller and issues within the software.

It's a minor bug but extremely inconvenient if you're in the middle of some creative energy. The most negative aspect of Ableton Live would be the price.

Though they offer a "Lite" version of their software, it's limited to 16 tracks, which may not be enough for producers and engineers completing large projects.

The software can do a whole lot of things, but in my experience that has also made it difficult to learn.

Live has really been useful in generating sound content more efficiently. Compared to other software there are more composing features and I can produce more at a cheaper cost.

From audio design to performing live music, recording, and editing, this software has been my favorite platform for over a decade now. I do not plan on changing any time soon.

Overall, when I do reach for Live it’s for compatibility with others’ projects and its sound design capabilities. For this it is excellent. Also it’s live show elements and integration with creatively-oriented controllers. Live is like a fun modular synth with a lot of quick patching and patterns on hand. The downside is that it is a fairly basic mixing, editing, and composition experience, but it’s hard to specialize in everything so that’s only a downside if those functions (think Pro Tools, Cubase, and Studio One) are important to you.

Extremely enjoyable late night sessions. Have purchased an Ableton Push because of the greater flexibility to get away from the computer and this has enhanced my creativity (and my rhythm!).

I LOVE ABLETON LIVE!!  I have t-shirts, stickers, a hat...   All things ableton.  

Ableton Live is by far my favorite DAW.

Overall I find Live is the best option I've found for live tracks playback and manipulation on the fly. Its a steep learning curve but well worth the time and effort.

The main benefit I have received from the software is it reliability. If I am in a hurry with a project, I can count on this software to work, even if I am introducing new plug-ins.

Creative Digital Audio App With Emphasis on Loop-Based Music

has helping with great music production as a whole. I was able to complete a whole album and. many other projects while using this system. We were able to find the specific sounds that we wanted and was able to piece tracks together with little effort and they sound great.

Why would anyone use anything else?

Ableton helps my make short work of week to week projects. The pitch and tempo shifting capabilities, the customization of sounds with Mac for Live effects, and the simple bus routing make it a joy to use.

It is the best audio program with which I have worked, since it is extremely complete although you must have a complete training to manipulate it since there are many functions, it is an excellent program and I do not change it for any other 

quality and workflow in one place

Lane W.:                                               My name is Lane, I'm a Worship Pastor at a church, and I give Live a five out of five rating. I was mainly using GarageBand before I switched to Live and just realized that I needed a little more out of the program. That's why I made the change to Live and never looked back.
                                                       I ended up using Live because there were so many options for my job, to be able to make my efficiency better. I knew that I could use Live to help my people get better on my team, to do my job better, and to be more professional in all aspects of my job.
                                                       It is a little bit challenging to onboard and integrate people in my church to Live, but after some training and some very helpful online videos, we were able to really get ahead of the curve with Live. Overall, I'd say it's pretty easy to bring people on board.
                                                       I highly recommend you checking out Live. It is a great product. There are so many features that are being added almost weekly, and even though there is a little bit of a learning curve, there are so many informational and instructional videos, that you should have all the help you need. So if you are thinking about it, don't think any more. Go with Live.
