Some parts of the program feel sluggish, particularly when I’m attempting to code a new report or change how data is displayed. When Ive had to teach new staff members that arent so tech savvy, I've learned it takes a lot of patience.

I should also note that integrating new team members takes longer than I’d prefer, largely because a couple of menus aren’t as intuitive as the rest. And although the touch on mobile works, I do wish it felt a bit more fluid when I’m out on the floor.

It has opened my eyes to a lot of different ways that can can utilize the platform in order to streamline our SOP’s and great a more efficient and reliable operation
