I like that it has a "requester" function so rank-and-file employees can enter requests for work/service. Setup is pretty intuitive, though some choices need to be thought out thoroughly.

Metrics are hard to follow for the following reasons: 1.  Each user has to be set up to follow a KPI.

This software is designed SPECIFICALLY for maintenance. It is easy to use and learn.

Easy to configure, if you have the knowledge you can also make  complex configurations. Lot of basic functionality, configuration is not necessary if you want to use Ultimo as it comes.

Updates/upgrades are not so easy to do, every time an update is done it takes a few days for a consultant of Ultimo to get the system to work without errors and with all the changes made in the past.

Technical Support

The software is a little bit expensive. You also have to pay for almost all extra features.

It cost you a lot of money. But in the end it is all worth it.
