Cons

“With real-time tracking and data collection, I sometimes worry about privacy and the security of our data.”

Brandon J.

Director of Digital solutions.

“The only Con from me for Motive was it is very hard to get ahold of a live customer service agent.”

ROBERT M.

DOT Safety and Compliance manager

“Used it for couple of months now trying to cancel and they won’t refund me for the months that I won’t be using.”

Makhmud B.

Cons

“Nothing to dislike, other than the restriction of only 15 jobs allowed before I have to pay for it! Why should I subsidize my multi million £ company and use my own money, when the company I work for could very easily afford the cost of the annual subscription.”

Richard H.

HGV2 ADR Gas Cylinder Driver

“The price benefit ratio is incomparable.”
