The initial quantity is very high and took almost 2 year to reach the Cap but once it was reached is caused a lot of issues and we had to start doing regular maintenance on the old out dated BOM's to get the numbers down.

Due to the flexibility and potential for customisation, it can however sometimes be a little tricky to find the 'best' or most efficient way to reflect your manufacturing process in the system.

We sub-contract our hot works to a third party who works within our building, and so trying to integrate this to the system is a little challenging at first, but we have found a work around.

A lot of times you will say "that makes sense if you think about it but I have never thought about it that way" in regards to system behaviors that seem like a bug or go against how you currently operate. If your company is complex, MRPeasy will visualize that for you and some staff may be uncomfortable with that initially.

I have complex products in production. When forming a multi-level production order - parts do not go to the warehouse until the order is closed - it is necessary that the parts appear in the warehouse regardless of the readiness of the MO

Moreover, basic integrations, like with Google Drive, are limited and don't allow me to select specific save folders, which reduces flexibility and efficiency for our workflow.

The capability means you may also overcomplicate some parts of setup and may simplify them later on.

We have also cut down our shipping person from 40 hours a week to 20 because we now have real time inventory and the shipping person doesn't have to plan and count everyday what can go out.

The problem I have is that it takes a while for me to set my inventory up with MRP, but thats most likely because I have not had a great stock control earlier and I have choosen to convert alot of products to BOM in order to have full control of the products cost, time to make and stock for each part.

To have 3 small things done to the layout of invoice and packing list, they charge 23 hours x 150 USD = 3450 USD development work.

The learning curve is steep and will test your patience as you understand how different functionalities communicate with one another.

The pdf-editor gives you only little possibilities to adjust the print-outs, while internal pdfs can't be edited at all.

Inventory Management - After releasing Manufacturing Order ,stock is not deducted after finishing Manufacturing Order it will get deduct.

It integrates well with Quickbooks and it has all of the features needed by a food/supplement manufacturing company.

Overall the system is relatively easy to use and gives us confidence in our ability to use the system as we grow as a business and implement more and more of the features

They don't brush off issues and investigate issues and report back to you when they have been resolved.

However, this does not impact the overall functionality and reliability of the system.

It also integrates directly with our financial package.

Sometimes, some operations are quite repetitive like adding a file to many different items: manufacturing order, item with batch produced, inspection, ... But it's manageable.

In order to send an invoice I have to either switch to Xero and send from there, or download the invoice and attach it to an email.

Can't add purchase orders for non stock items for accounting.

I like that I can enter purchase order and sales orders and can overview my inventory (in a while).

Write offs - you can only write off one item type at a time using the normal web interface.

A little more help in the beginning and ongoing reviews would support your new users and get a much more positive response.
