Supervisors can set up maximum and minimum route duration and import contacts in Microsoft Excel, CSV, or TXT format.
Administrators can use MyRouteOnline to map multiple routes on a planner, reload and update saved journeys, and import address lists from several cloud storage systems including Google Drive and Dropbox. Managers can review and manually adjust routes according to individual requirements and set a default service time for each location. The mobile application also enables staff members to view planned routes, receive notifications about upcoming stops, add or delete locations, and track deliveries.
