Pros

The best part of the software is that you You can download data for any period that you desire. It provides with a very user-friendly dashboard and the ease of accounting is also there.
It's ability to allow the user to customise the report by adding data field(s) which is great as we do not always need to go behind IT Professional asking for help.
The ability to customize just about anything your organization wants is rewarding. And if you are willing to spend, you can have your system fit your business processes like a glove.

Pros

I really like there Central Overview Screen. This screen shows you all of the important information you need, in a quick and easy to read with great graphics.
MRI has a great vendor partnership that allows the vendor to seamlessly integrate their software with MRI's databases. You get the best of both worlds.
It is user friendly and has good reports and a big fan of the budgeting module.

Cons

My advice for those scoping out Netsuite is seriously analyze your business requirements and then advocate the hell for them in the scoping or implementation phases.
Please do your research before you find yourself stuck in a contract with a bunch of misleading employees that won't even respond to your email or try to address your concerns.
I hate the reporting functionality, avoid it if I can. Might be that I don't really understand its uses.

Cons

I have requested a Subject Access Report which they have totally ignored and are the most rude, arrogant and unhelpful company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
I doubt MRI will reduce annual cost to make up for the loss of a program that we are receiving and paying for with the current software. Billing detail could be clearer.
The call back feature that blocks the personal number is only available in the emergency maintenance mailbox. All other mailboxes it shows the phone number.

This software is the best cloud software I've seen or used. Years of thought have basically resolved 95% of processes all companies use. This software has the ability to eliminate your need for any other software.

Pros

Cloud based, includes accounting, HR, CMMS, payroll and all other processes used for different software. Uncomparably cheaper to bigger software companies like SAP and Oracle but has all their features plus more.

Cons

In depth CMMS software would need to be integrated with netsuite, not in basic purchase.

Pros

NetSuite is built with multiple capabilities. Starting with automated tasks and ease of customization, security and reliability, NetSuite saves time and drives businesses into technological advances. It is extremely easy to use and offers real-time updates on tasks management progress. I am glad.

Cons

I can only spot the pros. I have not experienced any cons so far. NetSuite works well for me.

Beware of contract start date!

It was my first time purchasing a cloud-based software that required so much customization. Creating a tailor-made software for our business is great, but paying for the monthly service from day one of our contract was a huge oversite and was not aware when signing our contract. We have used up 6 months of our first-year license without even entering our first quote or entering any customer records! Buyer Beware and negotiate the contract start date up front to begin the configurations session and go live are completed! The sales team and account reps are ruthless and will suck your business dry!

Pros

Unfortunately I don't have much to praise on this software. Very old school type software even the bells and whistles that comes with the software are not impressive.

Cons

Bill match area for purchase orders is a major problem area. Time consuming and tedious. Inventory to PO to Sales order does not allow you to allocate the quantities to the sales orders. This is a major problem when you have an online store that depends on inventory available quantities. Reporting customizing is not difficult just not enough and the features are not user friendly. Happy with the system. We have recently moved our shopping carts away from Netsuite due to the reasons above.

Pros

Software is online. Software is very easy to use so suitable for all staff not just office based staff Software is so powerful that you can use it for invoicing, customer support, CRM and Shopping carts.

Cons

Slow on development of shopping carts. Not up to date with the likes of Shopify etc.. and also the costs are too much compared to Shopify.
