Pros

Overall its good as in it does what it needs to do, and then some. It's useful but feel at times we are only touching the capabilities of this software other then really utilizing it.
We were fortunate enough to use a trained consultant to do the implementation and now we have a fantastic solution even through getting there was not smooth sailing.
Netsuite is the best available option at the moment. It's very intuitive when it comes to navigating the software and their customer service is great if you need assistance with something.

Pros

The ease and functionality of Nuorder is great. The ability to filter and create custom offerings by customer is a great feature as well.
It is so nice to not have 10 different websites to order from and to keep track of. Everything is in one place and it has an a lifesaver.
Once you use it a few times it is pretty user friendly. The layout is very nice and easy to merchandise.

Cons

Since it is so customization it is a little more difficult to learn. It is a bit costly and you pay per seat so if you need to have 1 person have multiple seats then it could get a little more costly.
While this is not about the software, Oracle has been hiking up prices for the past few years, to the point that it's gotten costly. It might be a relevant barrier for smaller companies.
To add insult to injury, NetSuite made us renew the license while the tool was in development (late!) and we were not using it.

Cons

Several refuse to use it. Several years later, we still get frequent complaints about the program.
If you have money to burn and customers to frustrate.
It was a mistake to move into NuOrder for our company. We just don't have the resources to change to another platform at this time.

Beautiful but Problematic

Reviewed a year ago

It was not the best choice for our company. It's created confusion and extra work for our team. When it works, it's mostly great, but issues often arise. We should have shopped around more.

Pros

- beautiful website - easy integration with NetSuite, allowing for live inventory and order sync'ing - responsive customer support

Cons

- Glitches arise making orders not sync, or duplicate - No way for transferring credit card info from dealers - Forces entry of each quantity into order field, rather than defaulting to 1. Created incredible confusion from dealers - customer support can't always help, and be prepared to contact them fairly frequently
