Role-based access allows managers to provide view or edit permissions for content. The system includes a keyword-based search engine to facilitate quick information retrieval. Managers can generate project progress reports and share them with teams or external stakeholders.

NotoWare includes a built-in review and sign-off module, which helps users ensure information accuracy by providing approvals for modifications using eSignatures. NotoWare's audit trail functionality lets users maintain historical records of revisions and employee procedure reviews for future reference.
