Pros

Pretty good, the speed of use really stopped me from using it and moving to Qwilr. The design kind of turned me away to find something more user friendly that my customers enjoyed looking at.
The sales, development, and customer service teams have been SUPER responsive and hungry for feedback. It's really impressive how invested they are in continuing to build and improve the product.
User-friendly interface ,simple procedures and seamless integration with other programs, make the progress easy ,even pleasant for both us and clients.

Pros

If you need an affordable, feature rich, API open solution, for e-Signature then eSign Genie may be a great fit for your needs.
ESign Genie is a great resource for sending initial paperwork to my mental health clients. I was looking for something affordable, flexible, HIPPA secure, and easy to use.
Very pleased and so thankful that I finally found a solution to my e-signature needs.

Cons

If I mess something up, it's difficult to modify without starting all over from the beginning. That said, it's more than likely a user issue as opposed to a problem with the software.
Overall it was a terrible experience, from support to the actual product.
The only thing I struggle with is a slight lag on the website when actually creating content - I am unsure if and why this happens - however, I feel it could be slightly more responsive.

Cons

It can be very pricey and the fee structure can be very confusing and misleading. Customer service is hit or miss in their ability to offer accurate assistance.
Training is limited and online documentation is hard to find and when you find it, it is sometimes hard to read.
It keeps our company from losing leads and lowers attrition.

Cons

Have not found any cons, but it is an emerging product and always improving. Sometimes things are rolled out without notice.

Excellent experience, still can't believe this is free, makes life easier for startups

Pros

The esigning module is simply perfect to use, easy and quick, accessible data after, easy to organize I also used the proposal module and that was just the trial version but I would definitely consider buying though the interface is not as easy

Cons

for esign, it was perfect frankly the interface or ease of use of the proposal building module

It was easy to set up, and super simple to send PDFs, which is all we needed

Cons

No unlimited option. We sent lots of quotes with an eSign link, but using through PandaDoc isn't very cost effective

Having implemented PandaDoc prior to Covid, we were able to still do business with our customers remotely with the use of PandaDoc esign.

Pros

PandaDoc has changed how we interact with customers making signing contracts and sending proposals so much easier

Cons

There are occasionally times I find that signed contracts don't automatically come to my inbox and document reminders need to be sent.

Quick, simple access to get contracts to clients digitally for eSign. While lots of products offer this service, none that I've come across do it as cost-effectively. Another major plus with PandaDoc is that it's intuitive. I was able to seamlessly slip PandaDoc into my daily workflow with no lag time needed to learn a new process.

Pros

so. many. options. Have yet to want/need to display something to a client a certain way, and not be able to present it the way I imagined thanks to PandaDoc.

Cons

I could've done without the insistent emails in the beginning asking if I had questions. But let's be honest - if my only complaint is too many emails from a customer service team, I'd say that's not actually an issue at all. iLovePandaDoc!
