What is Q360?

Q360 is a cloud-based ERP platform, which helps specialty contractors and IT service providers manage processes for accounting, sales, dispatch, resource utilization, job costing, and more. It primarily helps users to manage business operations and enables them to find, share, and exchange data from multiple sources.

Key features of Q360 include dynamic labour rates, task management, marketing campaign tracking, document management, order fulfillment, billing automation and workflow diagrams. It helps accountants generate financial reports on individual projects filtered by user-defined attributes, calculate actual/estimated expenses incurred in the project, and estimate revenue based on project costs. Plus, it enables managers to capture time, attendance, and billable hours of technicians and dispatchers, optimizing job cost reporting.

Q360 allows supervisors to prioritize tasks by status, budget, time, and person responsible, and sends notifications about present and pending deadlines. Project managers can access real-time data including project completion percentage, gross margins, remaining hours, work in progress, profitability analysis, and more.
