I'd like to see the ability to automate discounting and service charging for credit card payments when invoicing services

There is a little bit of a learning curve, but it is fairly intuitive. When I get stuck, customer service is very responsive, with short hold times and hands-on tutorial help

seems to be glitchy from time to time, mixing customer data screens if your not careful it could be a big deal.

When you have a name connected to an invoice,  can't be removed from the software so we have to delete all the invoices attached to that name or service address.

It should only change to that status once the customer has actually tendered payment and we have processed their payment through the app by pressing the "payment" button.

However, the scheduling tool is what made me decide to look at other products in the market. Although I liked the drag and drop feature and the fact that you could schedule a job quickly, I couldn't get the view choices to work for me.

Creating customers on the fly and invoicing them immediately is very valuable.

I wanted this software to help with scheduling existing customers when they are due for service but so far I haven't been able to get that function going even when I have set it as a recurring appointment.

We use the accrual method of accounting so we book revenue after the service is performed. If someone is unhappy, we have to alter the original invoice because you cannot write a credit memo to apply to an invoice.

Accepting payments afterwards is a breeze.

We have used it for some estimating, then re-type the information into another system for managing payments and job status.  

We still use it for service and repair scheduling, as well as scheduling our construction/installation work.  

Customer support is hit and miss, if you get one of the good techs it is golden but if you don't it can take days/weeks to get answers OR you receive answers that have nothing to do with your questions OR are told what you sent them isn't a problem when it is when you are getting error messages.

The merchant services should include customer names with data when it is transferred to QB to make reconciliation in QB much easier.

All of the features have so many little quirks that you end up spending more time jumping around in the program to do anything.   Or you have to refresh your page to have anything you've done actually show.

The software has a lot of functionality and meets our needs as a small organization.

There are some errors every once in awhile and sometimes it can be slow but the problems often work themselves out.

RazorSync has their version of the main basic features you'd want in a product like this.

This does not integrate with our Sage accounting software at all.

Questions get answered by the support staff, our technicians are able to pick it up relatively quickly.  

The estimating portion of the program needs some work.  

Lately the app and desktop version  has been very glitchy.
