I run a WISP (Wireless Internet Service Provider). Before I joined the installation department was using SharePoint to send out the techs calendars. We have no been a customer for 1 1/2 years and couldn't be happier. It makes everything so simple for us. It does have it's quirks at times but we can typically work through those issues with no down time.
Merchant processing. Instant updates. Easy to use. Inexpensive. Good response time from customer service. Never out of service.
It took some tweaking in the beginning to work for our company and as updates roll out we find ourselves changing things up but overall that's hardly a con.

service job visibility, scheduling efficiency, current address database.
We have found the address database is up to date, which has helped finding correct addresses in new subdivisions. Also, having the history speeds up return calls for additional service. Being able to see on the map where future jobs are helps is effeciency of scheduling.
I wish there was a way to break the visual of the maps and service tech into groups. Such as when more than one service coordinator uses the system and only needs to see their areas, or when the service department is broken into different geographical regions.

Razorsync is the best that ever happened to us!
This software is the most user friendly out of the many systems we looked at. We look very professional and our customers appreciate the organization and the ease of making credit card payments. Because we are so organized, we have been able to pick up some major property management contracts. Our sales increased by 33% in one year and we have hired 4 new employees.
I would like to have Service Agreements added for our commercial customers.

I haven’t used the software much honestly. I need to, but every time I try to learn it there is some issue that doesn’t make sense.
Customer service really wants to be helpful
It’s not user friendly. I was hoping it would be much more intuitive, but it’s taking a lot of time to understand. With the software that I use for my other company, it was much easier to pick up.

Fluid motion between scheduling, tracking job information, managing technicians, and invoicing.
Ease of scheduling with multiple technicians. Works great with quickbooks online. Tracking ongoing service through the service sheets with reporting has been a big plus.
I wish there was more flexibility with invoicing. Emailing invoices to multiple addresses for one.

Everytime I have needed help, all I had to do was call Taylor at Razorsync and the problem would be solved. Tech support is great, helping sync Quickbooks with ease.
Customer service is great and very helpful.
Autofill sometimes messes with adding a new appointment on the schedule, but is fixed by clearing your cache.

I like it very much it suits our needs very well and I notice a steady improvement. So far the customer service has been great every time a call. I believe over the last 3-4 years we had a technical issue only once when Amazon servers were down or something. Will keep on using it and recommending it to my peers.
Custom service forms. I can create a standard form for pretty much any need. I like the automatic invoicing and Quickbooks integration, gps locator for field workers and time keeping is also great
I am not sure if it is a "con" but I wish after I import all invoices from Razorsync to Quickbooks, that the invoices already have the checkmarks for the allowed payment options, as now after I generate 50 invoices I need to open each one and checkmark the 2 payment options (bank transfer and CC). On the other hand that way I may catch a wrongly generated invoice. Another thing I don't like is when...

I like how the schedule page looks
Easy to use, great customer service, credit card payments
INVOICING!!! Recurrences - when you change the day of the week, it wipes out any money you have already set in there. You need to delete the money off work order template or that set amount shows up on every W/O. I wish system required a dollar amount on every W/O, even if it were 0.00. I wish the system would ask if you want to save something in case you forget to hit the update button, did I mention invoicing?? Would love to have someone from Razor come sit with me the last week of the month to see what I go through to invoice. So frustrating and time consuming.

Great customer service!!!!
Did? I do like this product. Ease of use. Very easy to teach.
Limited production detail. No tax collected report. Unable to set standard list or catatories for job titles(summaries). GPS is sketchy. Credits on customers do not sync to quickbooks (Prepayments for services).

We have been using Razor Sync for about two years now and we Absolutely love it. It makes it easy for the techs to pull up previous invoices to see what has been done on the job before they got there. The dispatching board is Awesome and Super easy to use. We can Invoice, Quote, and Bill the customer all from the same App, Saving us time and money..

Needs to have a way to easily Add discounts to the entire ticket.

After using a different field management software provider for 3 years I started to feel like I was spending too much money in software and licenses. The straw that broke the camel's back is an incompatibility with QuickBooks Online. I started looking for a more affordable software solution and in all honesty I was willing to sacrifice functionalities in order to pay a lower monthly fee. I tested several cloud software solutions but none of them had what I needed. After testing RazorSync I realized that I was overpaying for a field management software and to top it all of I actually gained functionalities rather than loosing them.
PRICE!!! Plus all the functionalities that a service company needs
The software behaves glitchy at times and I have to refresh my browser. Other than that I have not had any other problems. I'm using Safari. I don't know if the system will perform better with Chrome or Firefox

Easy to use, and a great tool to track my customers, projects and invoicing. Customizable services and products is very helpful too. Integrates with QuickBooks too!

Lot of times service trucks were not able to receive updated information or send information back to office
that we could track jobs and get information to service trucks
system would not connect a lot of time and when putting information in in the field it would up date losing information we were typing in. will admit some of our problems with system were employees not remembering how to operate system

It was good. Really good but lately it has been extremely glitchy. Especially the mobile app side of it. It won’t sync users will have something assigned to them then it will disappear off their timeline.
Quickbooks sync, and ease of use. Trying to streamline business for ease of invoicing and collecting etc.
Service item search takes a while. Lately the app and desktop version has been very glitchy.

I have used many softwares like this and RazorSync by far has the best customer service!! They have many videos to watch as well to help teach you how to use the software as well.
