What is RiskRate?

RiskRate is an enterprise third party risk management and vendor due diligence solution enabling organizations to on-board, screen, and monitor third parties. The centralized, configurable platform aims to assist businesses with deploying and managing an effective risk-based program to reduce third party bribery, corruption, and other risk concerns.

In order to aid users with reducing third party risks, RiskRate creates profiles for each third party vendor and generates a risk rating, either red, yellow, or green, to indicate the level of alert based on predefined rating criteria. Third parties can be screened and monitored continuously to allow users to stay informed of any changes in risk status, and detailed audit reports can be carried out and archived within the RiskRate system. Real-time alerts can be setup to inform users when one of their third parties status changes.

Onboarding tools are provided to help businesses with onboarding and screening their third parties through vetting processes such as custom questionnaires, shared communications, attestation, policy training, and more. Third parties can be screened for adverse media, political exposure, sanctions, and more, and RiskRate provides the tools to carry out a deeper analysis when needed.
