it is ok,  new version is absolutely terrible it is hard to navigate there is no back button and it take 2 times longer to complete any work orders from a technician point of view.   When downloading the pdf's for printing work orders, the program prints 1 page per task.  

Once desired fleet operations are established system works unbelievably well in organizing, updating and informing all users as to current fleet status.

They will never call you to see if you need anything or not, but will add all managers as soon as you tell them you need to cancel the service.
