Overall it's a very positive experience. Since the update, the step by step guidance takes the guesswork out of moving a case forward.

This is currently very limited and if you have a knowledge base outside of Salesforce, it can be tricky to connect it to the Service cloud to use the inbuilt features. But Salesforce is currently working on this limitations with their data cloud platform.

It gets too technical, you are trying to fix something without IT. If a setting or permission needs to be changed, I have to wait for the tech team to jump in sometimes.
