Pros
Quality of the call is good and helps to serve the clients efficiently and with Clarity.
All in all, we enjoyed the service, the customer service and the team assistance on us has been superb.
I have been working on ziwo for almost 10 months now, i like its features! very helpful for multitaskers! call clarity 10/10 easy dialer for international and local calls.
Cons
Sometimes it gets stuck and there is a delay in call while conversating with the other person.
Fact that it logs you in on available as soon as you log in. Got in trouble for accidently opening it and not logging off.
How it lags under heavy load and the hotlines (7 Digits) in Kuwait does not connect.

it's easy interface, can track our call center agents as well as flexible to access.

Cons

we have been waiting the time to launch the mobile App, I think will be perfect.

Positive and negative points on Ziwo

its good platform, easy access , not complicated , needs some improvement, but over all its good and recommended.

Pros

* Easy to login * voice is clear* country code added by default

Cons

* When there's a call coming , the notification displaying prevent me from clicking on the call to answer* It will log me out , although i didn't logout , so i need t refresh and check connection to make sure im available

we are able to assist our customers effectively and in a timely manner.

Pros

- The software is modern and user friendly. - l like the Live dashboard feature as it allows us to do real-time monitoring of the team that is logged in. - the ability to track all the calls that are recorded easily.

Cons

nothing at the moment, the software is easy to use.

Amazing software

amazing experience, if i opened my own company, ill definitely use ZIWO

Pros

easy to use, can make international calls, record calls

Cons

nothing so far, the software is amazing, but some keyboard features could be helpful
