It’s easy to use and navigate. I like the function that allows you to add notes to the top of each day with color coding.

You can customize it to meet your needs so you get everything you want. The shift exchange, request off, and other features are very useful and easy to use for both employees and managers.

This is a very stripped down scheduling solution with a low-tech feel. I love the daily crib-sheet emails, showing the scheduled staff in a very simple text-based format.

With applicant messages, there's no way to end the communications/block disqualified applicants so I've had former applicants continually message and harass  with no solution from Homebase.

The ability for them to request days off on the app is amazing because I do not have to remember all the days, it comes up while I'm making the schedule.
