Serato Studio is an audio editing software designed to help businesses in the music industry create DJ edits, remixes, and mashups on a unified platform. It enables music artists to synchronize beats per minute (BPM), manage real-time key shifting, and automate workflows.
The application allows music composers and engineers to clip and arrange multiple audio files to develop new audio files and customize sound using virtual studio technology (VST) and audio unit (AU) plug-ins. Serato Studio offers various built-in FX presets, which allow disk jockeys to customize beats and mix sounds using the audio channel strip. Sound artists can also set up cue points of a track, add audio files in music crates using a drag-and-drop interface, and automatically update the music key.
Serato Studio facilitates integration with Beatport LINK, allowing organizations to access electronic music catalogs and create customizable playlists. It also includes drum-kits, instruments, and sample music, which enables users to create personalized audio files.
