There's times when you hit the "plus" button to add a job to the next days schedule and it does not give you access to this feature so you end up having to click on the technician and hit the create new button to add a job for the next day.

We can Create Estimates, turn them into Jobs, and then Invoices for the customers, I appreciate the way we can just email the customer right from Service Fuson!

Any service company large or small I highly recommend it for people because it’s so simple straight forward and also helps keep any business organized and ability to make sure everyone knows what’s going on!

I had to be rolled back to the old version because the warning pop up about leaving a webpage you are working on isn’t functional in the new version.

We also can add and move jobs easily which would be almost impossible when we were using paper documents.

My favorite part about using Service Fusion is the ability to dispatch zones and to be able to tag our customers for future reference.

I would prefer if the color coding would follow out to the app on the phones, so the installers could see that as well.

Process our invoices that have paid out and sync them to QuickBooks too!

Reporting tools may not allow the level of detail or filtering needed.

I am still discovering features in SF and all agents are very knowledgeable, every question i have they all make sure to guide me on the process, if a ticket is opened for a problem that has to go to the internal team i always get a response back usually within a day or two.

It is slow sometimes, when you are on the phone with a customer it would be nice if the system would move faster.

As an electrical contractor it is important to have a reliable dispatch program that also has a great mobile APP

Desktop vs mobile schedule do not match unless put in time order.

It is great platform for leaving techs notes for the jobs they are to perform.  

Some features do not work at all and seem not to be a priority for the team at Service Fusion.

Having the whole team be able to see the schedule is very helpful and helps us work together.

The options themselves need to have an "Option Description" section, so that clients can have detailed notes of what the different options mean.

I am a big fan of Service Fusion having worked with it at two different employers.   As I learn more from Customer Service I like it more and more.

We have been attempting to get a back-up of our data for security purposes since October 2025.  

The customers say that it goes to junk, or doesn't show up at all from time to time.
