There's times when you hit the "plus" button to add a job to the next days schedule and it does not give you access to this feature so you end up having to click on the technician and hit the create new button to add a job for the next day.

We can Create Estimates, turn them into Jobs, and then Invoices for the customers, I appreciate the way we can just email the customer right from Service Fuson!

The ITEMS should be either taxable or non taxable, but the way it is now, if you add a new product or service to your company, you must go through all of your taxing jurisdictions, in our case over 102 and add the new product/service to each taxing jurisdiction itself.

Too much double entry of data because no native CRM integration. Why can’t I mass update estimates and instead have to send your developers a csv file and then wait 5-7 days or more?

SF helped us move from paper documents to all on iPads that the service technicians can utilize while on the road.

Any service company large or small I highly recommend it for people because it’s so simple straight forward and also helps keep any business organized and ability to make sure everyone knows what’s going on!

I had to be rolled back to the old version because the warning pop up about leaving a webpage you are working on isn’t functional in the new version.

We also can add and move jobs easily which would be almost impossible when we were using paper documents.

My company used Service Fusion for about 2 years and most features worked but some key features like being able to read messages sent by other team members in Service Call.ai just didn't work.

Process our invoices that have paid out and sync them to QuickBooks too!

The call source phone #s. Text and email reminders, custom forms.

Syncing to QB commonly causes issues on our financials, as the sales tax is always .01 over or under.

The mere fact that there is not a portal for you to view your own Service Fusion plan and billing settings within a CRM PLATFORM is ASTOUNDING.

Reporting tools may not allow the level of detail or filtering needed.

It is a very robust platform that helps us to organize our jobs and techs.

I am still discovering features in SF and all agents are very knowledgeable, every question i have they all make sure to guide me on the process, if a ticket is opened for a problem that has to go to the internal team i always get a response back usually within a day or two.

We love the ability to add fields to our jobs as our needs change.
