Pros

Client and scheduling management is a dream. The ease and simplicity of creating and managing schedules both recurring clients and single cleanings is so wonderfully well designed.
The ease of use, the depth of details, the new front dashboard is amazing. After 7 different softwares in the past 3 years, Service Fusion is much more user friendly.
Although lacking in some things I would like to see, it has more in one package at a reasonable price than all the others. M also excited about their new version coming out.

Pros

The App is brilliant, but what makes it excellent is the Staff at PoweredNow. The customer service is first class, you really are treated as though you are there most important customer.
Powered now is very good for keeping organized especially when busy you can do from your phone... which is very good. And the staff are excellent.
I have been with Powered Know for over 3 years and have nothing but fantastic reviews. The system is very easy to use and there is always someone on hand to help out anytime of the day.

Cons

But what if that part happens to be on another techs truck. Too bad I have to use that exact one.
I can’t tell it to ignore that and place an order for another one for my truck. So I’ve now messed with another techs inventory and he doesn’t even know.
The bugs and workflow problems NEVER get fixed. We have been reporting issues and asking for fixes to them for over 3 years now and practically NOTHING we have asked for has been done.

Cons

Lack of a bank register to track all income & expenses in one place, Unable to upload pdf files to projects (been told is coming soon though).
I have been a POWEREDNOW customer for 5 years, and it has developed really well any problems I get the customer back up is 2nd to none.
We need a estimate section instead of a quote or let us choose. Some of the set up options are a pain to adjust needs simplifying we are not all computer savy.
