Simple tasks are made complicated by this software such as zipcode not printed on work orders, screens not properly displayed on cell phone, and the quality of pictures uploaded are not very good.

It comes up with many notifications when a job is scheduled, moved or changed, but the amount of notifications tends to lead me to ignoring them all together.   If it would open directly to the Web view of ServiceBox, that would be very helpful.

ServiceBox lets us keep track of our schedules, do daily time tracking, and complete service records in great detail, even allowing us to add photos of detail!

I think the standout feature of ServiceBox is the integration of all our necessary workflow items in one product; timesheets, work orders, material tracking and the ability to attach jobsite photos an notes as well as a to do list.

It is slightly limited on the customization side of things, such as how invoices and quotes are formatted.

Additionally, the application can be slow and unresponsive at times, and the reporting functionality also needs substantial enhancements.

I recall an in depth conversation with [sensitive content hidden] where as overwhelmed as i was after discussing all of my needs, and how Service box fills those needs and more, I was reassured that it is very practical to use it as a work order management software and ease into the advanced features as your need arises.

The onboarding support offered by the team was excellent an it also covered some of the customization needed for your business.  

Having them check in and check out and adding pics and notes to the service box is a huge plus as well just to protect my guys and my business if there is a conflict with billing or the job.

Overall pretty good but would be great if it had inventory management with multiple vendor ability and bin locations.

I can manage invoicing, track job progress, and communicate with my team, all from my phone or tablet.

Quotes can be converted to workorders then to an invoice, and you don't have to manually add anything.

I wish there was more functionality to pull data from all fields of text when searching for keywords.

This is definitely a step up from organizing physical work orders or time sheets, or even utilizing different digital file sources.

One of the best aspects is how well it caters to our business size; it’s not overloaded with features that we don’t need, yet it has everything essential to keep our operations running smoothly.

Still learning the good and bad as we are just turning on, while I am sure we will come across some issues/processes that are not our favorite, we need to try and use what the system has first.

it has slowed down my ability to perform exceptional service in a timely fashion.

Can be very slow when out in the counties or in dead spot areas. And not a fan of having multiple people touching my screen to get signatures.

The only thing is I wish they tracked commissions but I hear it is in the works.

The customer service is amazing and with some changes along the way I think ServiceBox will be even better.

Had storage issues a while back, some previously uploaded images couldn’t be found.

The quoting section needs to be revamped to be more user friendly

As a technician, very easy to read the work order, get location information and it then links to google maps to navigate there.

The scheduling option to drag and drop are nice.

The services are efficient because tickets don't take much time to be resolved or to receive feedback. And the system is valuable because it has been beneficial for the business we have.

The scheduler requires significant improvements.

Our old system did this however it was very old and we needed to update, we have used ServiceBox for a few years now and have gotten used to not being able to schedule on specific runs.

Program is relatively simple and great for smaller businesses.  

This is how we track our daily work hours, and by the end of the year it gets long!

As a small business, we needed a solution that didn’t feel overly complex, and Service Box strikes the perfect balance between functionality and simplicity.

The customer service people have to be emailed for any changes.

No paperwork keeps every thing organized and great to see whatbwas done at last call through the work notes.

I wish it was easier to look at the scheduler in the phone app like it is on the computer.

You really get a well organized platform for your business that is worth every penny!!

It has a very easy work flow from initial quoting to generating work orders to invoicing.
