I paid their gold service partner a lot of money to transfer over my data and get all the forms and customization on the account completed. When I went to turn on the unlimited phone service, they have doubled its price.

At a minimum, you should support Google Tag Manager (GTM) or provide a way to implement end-to-end conversion tracking.

Please prioritise adding GTM or an equivalent solution, without it, this product isn’t viable for serious advertisers.

I explained to their management that the account and the intention to activate the phone service was done much before aby price change was completed.

I finally decided to switch to ServiceM8 and I sign up for both their CRM software and their unlimited plan on their phone service.

The system is now extremely slow to repond, cannot complete basic search and find queries, and notifications (customers reaching on to contact you!) has pretty much stopped functioning altogether unless one is willing to sort through them over and over again trying to find which ones are new.

It has a pretty good API so we are able to connect some useful 3rd party apps to further expand our possibilities, and it is genuinely intuitive.

It empowers the techs in the field to complete a great many tasks that previously were assigned to administration.

This greatly simplifies training, deploying, and working with it. And of course it's all done on Apple's interface which is second to none.

There is lots of guidance available and the support team have been great.

Their first response had a suggested solution - it didn't work, it instead created more duplicates and I was told that one of our staff must have created the duplicates....considering the staff they accused was on site with my husband working at the time, with her phone in the car, I know it wasn't her.

Integrates with Xero...limited merge fields but enough to make it work

Messages to live chat got the templated 'it's with the development team' answer and I never heard back about billing.

Dispatch board gets very buggy and sometimes won't render correctly on desktop
