I love the fact that with a couple of clicks I can find history on any asset we have performed work on. The ease of building and sending quotes has increased our customer approval.

The deficiencies are difficult to explain in a video when you're trying to do it in under a minute. On the mobile app its worse, you only get 10 seconds.
