What information that's been imported, been entered incorrectly all data still in COD/ closed status from the import or part credits been posted as CC payment.

My overall experience with ServiceWorks has been marked by a sense of being misled. Whenever we raised concerns or tried to discuss how to address ongoing issues, the conversation consistently shifted toward suggesting that we were misusing the system or expecting more than what had been clearly communicated as essential to our daily operations.

The Customer data entry screen is very high functioning and helps you to track everything from basic customer information to warranty claims to advertising ROI.

SEARCH SERVICES WORKS SEARCH BAR WHEN PUTTING IN TICKET NUMBER, DROP DOWN TICKET NUMBER APPEARS AND THEN WILL JUMP TO 10 OTHER TICKETS ON DROP DOWN, WE HAVE TO HIT ENTER TO GET CORRECT TICKET TO APPEAR.  

Instead of collaborating on solutions, we were repeatedly asked to justify why we needed functions that had already been identified as critical and were part of the original commitments made to us.

We're working in the appliance industry and the other platforms we use only have limited options available that they're accepting specially on the file format / type - ServiceWorks or such is the one that need to adjust or look for an option to help.

It took 3 weeks for them to get my logo to not be stretched on my invoices. When I was trying to use the software I would call the help desk for help.  

It is also difficult to arrive at correct sales information in the reports due to the variations in the reports and the requirements to complete jobs in order to report data.

The program and the app frequently freezes and some requests, asking for different configurations to on tickets or reports are not handled immediately, or in a timely manner.  

The flow of making a work order isn't super smooth.   When completing out a work order, you have to scroll down, then back up or the job can't be changed to delivered status.

SUBMITTING CLAIMS IS HARD TO GET INTO, WE HAVE OVER 17,000 SUBMITTED TICKETS AND THE SYSTEM HAS TO GO THROUGH THEM ALL BEFORE OPENING APP TO SUBMIT

This software is clunky and made for the people in the office not the technicians who actually go out and make money for the business.

HOURS THAT ARE NEEDED FOR A JOB CHANGES EVERYTIME YOU GO IN TO ASSIGN A TECH AND WE HAVE TO REMEMBER TO CHECK IT AFTER SAVING TO MAKE SURE HOURS NEEDED IS CORRECT.

In the sales calls they promised me they would make sure I hit the ground running. When it because apparent their service wasn't going to work for me they wouldn't let me break my contract.

As of this year alone, I overpaid my contractors by over $5,000 because ServiceWorks was double tipping them in their system.

I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH SERVICE WORKS AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND THE MONEY EVEN AFTER THEY COST US HUNDREDS IN PARTS SHIPPING BY NOT SETTING OUR ACCOUNT UP PROPERLY.

My service tickets often get escalated to tier 3 support and remain unresolved for extended periods, sometimes even months.

Great tech support and availability; SD mobile allowing office and in-field techs both able to see the progression and status of service calls, and a big time-saving help to the techs.

The reports are very diverse and give you eery type of KPI you could be looking for.  

Onboarding and ability for the Service Works team integrating forms was a great experience.

So I have stayed and believed in them because who would actually harm businesses and single mom business owners.

It makes it easy to glance at a technician's jobs for a specific time frame.

We like that our clients can pay directly from and through the software.
