Easy process to sign documents online.
I liked that you could do this all via the internet. A lot of documents now are online, so Sign Now makes it so you don't have to print and scan anything - you just sign and it's complete.
There's nothing I don't like about this program. It worked every time and was quick - the receiver has the documents as soon as you sign them.

Sign Now is easy to customize for proposals, creative sign off and anything else that requires signatures.
There's a slight bug where it jumps back to the top of the document but it its not enough to cancel out the benefits.

A good e-sign product that isn't expensive.
Features that allow smart signing by URL and robust validation options. They also offer a cool feature called a signing link which makes it easy to use a tiny URL instead of a long one.
Support is pretty slow. Also, for a year or so they were constantly changing between two brands, SignNow and CudaSign. I think they were switching from one to the other, then decided to revert back. Sometimes this caused confusion as links changed and logins didn't work, since we were attempting to login to one URL when it changed to another.

We love that we can use sign now to let our customers review and sign contracts from anywhere quickly.
Can't think of anything at the moment, earlier some of our reps mentioned some aspects they didn't like but can't remember them now.

Sign ow allows us to do business out of state!
It is easy to use and customize if needed. Being able to get documents signed easily and quickly for out of state clients save us so mich time and headaches!
It would be great to be able to save a template within the software itself.

My overall experience with SignNow is good; however, the worst con is the system failures where I can't access SignNow due to a server issue or whatever the issue is. When this has happened, I have had to push off my work to send out documents to customers to sign off on.

- SYSTEM FAILURES PERIODICALLY - DOWNLOAD ISSUES WITH PDF FILES - CLIENTS HAVING ISSUES WITH NOT BEING ABLE TO SIGN OFF USING THEIR SMARTPHONES BUT RATHER BY USING THEIR COMPUTERS - SOME CUSTOMERS WERE THE EXACT OPPOSITE THOUGH WHERE THEY COULDN'T SIGN USING THEIR COMPUTERS AND USED THEIR SMARTPHONES TO SIGN

What I like most in this software is that it allows you to use it for multiple things at a time. You can sign straight from your mobile device anywhere
There is nothing I like Least about this product! You can access documents you need to sign from anywhere and you can tell others to sign as well

Overall sign now has been great for closing deals and getting projects rolling. I like it a lot.
The ability to sign documents electronically.
I can't figure out how to create a template, so I have to make a new form every time which gets annoying.

Every contract I have my clients’ sign is done through SignNow.
So so simple to use and very professional looking. My clients feel confident when signing contracts through SignNow.
Creating text boxes for clients to input information could be more precise. Trying to get the text to line up with existing information can be tricky.

It helps when having my clients sign up for my services.
I like the ease the software has to have others use and sign my documents. I also enjoy the expiration feature.
The only issue is I wanted to upgrade the software to the higher one but I was informed I would have to pay full price even though I just wanted to upgrade.

Still lets you send and sign docs at a cheaper price
I like that its easy to use and not a bunch of fluff that gets in the way of you doing what you need to do at work.
I think they are missing a few things that docusign has. and sometimes when a document is sent it doesnt get to the person its supposed to go to and the doc is not in the spam folder either. So at times you will have to resend or even have the person make up a new email just to get the document

Amazing product that is vital to the daily operations to my company. My team send out all of our employment contracts via signnow
Cheaper then docusign. Simple to learn and easy to sign out contracts. On the user side its also easy to sign. Every activity is documented.
I wish the templates were easier to make. I wish it could integrate with our SharePoint so that documents would automatically be stored when its sign by all parties

I am able to give clients a secure way to sign remotely.
I like the templates and the options that you can make part of your template.
Agreements cannot be modified/edited or amended after sending for signature, very frustrating when there is a typo or a service needs to be added because you have to do the contract from scratch.

Easy to sign up, great referral program and so far no complaints!
Importing documents was fairly simple. I like the notifications that are sent when the other party signs. There are pre-populated fields to drag and drop so it makes the document set up process quick and painless.
So far this product has met all of our needs. One thing that would be nice is to edit a word doc in the software as I've had to delete, then re-upload if I find a typo that I need to fix before sending.
