I was able to set up most of the system on my own thanks to its clear and user-friendly interface. Whenever I wasn’t sure about something, I could either use the built-in AI search tool—which pulls information directly from their materials—or contact live support.

Bookings are easily simplified with reliable reminders on the accredited note and the calendar, although some technicalities, such as intake forms and SMS gateway, might be user-friendlier.

I have to confirm the customers, if they wanted to cancel the whole booking or if they only wanted to cancel single people in the booking (100% wanted to cancel the whole group and arent even aware they did not).

Invoices then are also correctly generated for the price of 4. But if the customer cancels their group booking, it is not possible to do that for the group of 4 people, instead technically the cancellation is 1 out of 4 bookings of this group, and 3 remains.

For context, we were part of an event with 1600 participants all trying to book at the same time, and quite frankly the tool was ineffective, frustrating, and a terrible user experience.

They provide a top-tier service, and the product has delivered consistent value, aligning perfectly with our needs and enhancing our operations.

Many users can’t log in at all. When they do get in, events either don’t display or aren’t clickable.

Also if you’re an average small business owner and have no clue about customisation, the amount of options might be too much.

Cancelled bookings (group or single) still have a generated invoice in the system and are not flagged as cancelled, but pending (and so have no different status than any other open invoice).

The SimplyBook.me mobile app is quite handy for managing bookings on the go, but it doesn’t yet fully match the rich experience of the desktop version.

Also would like to see form creation and ability to send. And a way to create more detailed notes and client management.

No support or system interface in the Czech language

So to have a correct invoice journal at the end of the year or quarter, you carefully need to filter the invoices to status "paid".

I loved the professional tools that were available to manage our clients.

Not super intuitive user interface but they have answered all my questions to help get me up to speed.

One feature I still need for my business is a waiting list per class right now it only has waiting list per day.

The app works well, but with a few tweaks and added features, it could become just as powerful as the main platform, providing even greater flexibility to users.

There were plenty of features to cover most use-cases especially payment options for international operations such as South Africa is supported.

For a process that already comes with high demand and pressure, these technical issues make it unnecessarily frustrating.

I would gladly delete all of our future appointments in order to change this to a :15 calendar. And then manually put them all back in.

The best thing we love about Simplebook.me is that once the site is setup, our customers can book any time they wish without a lot of follow up.  

Its time to renew and having checked out other booking sites, we will stay with them.

Authorize.net integration has glitches they're blaming on auth.net...but we have multiple online systems that use auth.net and none of the others have issues.

I would give the service overall 3 stars just need to simplify things and make the booking site user friendly it can be intimidating which makes it not so helpful for my business.
