I have to confirm the customers, if they wanted to cancel the whole booking or if they only wanted to cancel single people in the booking (100% wanted to cancel the whole group and arent even aware they did not).

Invoices then are also correctly generated for the price of 4. But if the customer cancels their group booking, it is not possible to do that for the group of 4 people, instead technically the cancellation is 1 out of 4 bookings of this group, and 3 remains.

Secondly, If I book a client for them on my booking page, not the admin side, if I go to book someone else the last person info is still there and I cant seem to get rid of it without shutting the app or desktop off  and then rebooting..

Also if you’re an average small business owner and have no clue about customisation, the amount of options might be too much.

Cancelled bookings (group or single) still have a generated invoice in the system and are not flagged as cancelled, but pending (and so have no different status than any other open invoice).

Also would like to see form creation and ability to send. And a way to create more detailed notes and client management.

There were a number of glitches/freezes throughout the process, and if you refreshed, you lost any progress you made, preventing teams from securing a time.

So to have a correct invoice journal at the end of the year or quarter, you carefully need to filter the invoices to status "paid".

I loved the professional tools that were available to manage our clients.

One feature I still need for my business is a waiting list per class right now it only has waiting list per day.

The best thing we love about Simplebook.me is that once the site is setup, our customers can book any time they wish without a lot of follow up.  

Its time to renew and having checked out other booking sites, we will stay with them.

Authorize.net integration has glitches they're blaming on auth.net...but we have multiple online systems that use auth.net and none of the others have issues.

I would give the service overall 3 stars just need to simplify things and make the booking site user friendly it can be intimidating which makes it not so helpful for my business.

Overall, SimplyBook.me has fully met my expectations, and the price-to-performance ratio is excellent.

For context, we were part of an event with 1600 participants all trying to book at the same time, and quite frankly the tool was ineffective, frustrating, and a terrible user experience.

Many users can’t log in at all. When they do get in, events either don’t display or aren’t clickable.
