Additionally, due to Skubana's ability to integrate with all our sales channels and warehouses, it allowed for a quick and seamless switch from FBA to FBM during the early pandemic days in March 2020 when FBA fulfillment times with Amazon reach upwards of 3-4 weeks delayed.

It also allows for switching from FBA to FBM with a simple toggle switched on or off, in a situation where Amazon inventory is stocked out.

The configuration process to set up certain account settings or actions isn't always easy or streamlined and can require contacting support for several days as they walk you through the setup process.

The only disadvantage is ou like accounting applications like QuickBooks the billing and invoicing is handled through another Zoho application Zoho Books having said that the integration with CRM Zoho Books’s , and Zoho analytics is excellent value.

There is a little issue when needing to update inventory levels it will not keep track on the dates and time if it was increased or decreased from what it was previously to ensure that their are no issues or to detect were the issue started from.

The product is very effective for inventory management and order tracking.

The interface feels a bit slow or clunky, like I need 3 clicks to do 1 thing. And the setup took me a bit cause there’s a lot of settings, but once it’s done it’s solid.

The product allows you to provide a custom link for your clients to review live inventory as well.
