Striven has great customization/personalization features for small businesses to track specific needs utilizing the tools it offers.

We had to find a workaround for not having the built-in payroll functions of our old accounting.     When we move to using an outside payroll company, we will be able to make use of Striven's integrations.

Instead of bouncing between different apps for accounting, project management, CRM, and HR, I can handle it all in a single system.

I would say the downfall is that Striven is more so limits to smaller/mid sized businesses, I don’t think it would be as efficient for a very large enterprise.

Would like to see more employee W-2 management capabilities, but that is minor and did not stop us from switching to Striven.

The system is intuitive, the features cover everything we need, and their support team has been responsive whenever questions come up.

Technical support at Striven is excellent and you have multiple options for how to access help and information.

They handle scaling and have an API, but being niche, there are not very many, if any software integrations with third parties and the controls around journal entries is lacking.

Their is some limitation in third-party tools integrations other than this not have any problem with the software.
