Supplier Readiness allows administrators to identify and group suppliers for re-boarding, define actions using the built-in supplier interaction engine, and email response invitations to suppliers using customizable templates. The risk management functionality lets enterprises assess suppliers' risk capabilities and undertake corrective or preventive actions (CAPA). Suppliers can also view assigned tasks and respond to audit findings and requests for work permits, safety policy, insurance certificate, or other documents via a self-service portal.

Managers can use the reporting and analytics functionality to generate best-practices and other reports, perform compliance audits, create and run surveys, and receive notifications via email or text messages. It also supports integration with Salesforce Work.com, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and more, enabling users to view the number of suppliers by location or level of criticality, business capacity, compliance, supply chain health, and other metrics.
