For an organization our size, having a reliable survey tool that just works has made a real difference in how we collect feedback from staff across our locations. Whether it's a quick pulse check or a full townhall with the whole company, it handles it without any headaches.

Surveys template can be created quickly with minimal learning and training suitable for non-technical users from HR, Account or Sales.

In the end, I found Cognito Forms, and using that in combination with Microsoft Power Automate turned out to be infinitely more useful than SurveyMonkey Apply, at a small fraction of the cost. When I asked for a refund from SurveyMonkey, they refused, citing the hours that their designer had spent with us, trying to set up the programs we wanted to use.   When I tried to negotiate a fair accounting for that person's time, they cited an exorbitant hourly rate, which negated the $10,000 we had spent.   When I countered with a more reasonable rate, they never responded.
