Aerotrac tries to offer a solution for the entire aircraft maintenance process, making it strong in some domains. The support team is great with clear guidelines and help, and always responds fast.
This should be hugely simplified. And moved over to the main Aerotrac program to avoid long wait times).
Working with the team at Aerotrac is always a pleasure, they are very helpful and are always quick to respond to any queries we have.
Sometimes humans make mistakes and simple typo errors are not easy to correct, but I guess this adds to the reliability of the data returned.
Improved report generation to both our customers and management. Greater visibility of any MRO project from induction through to shipping.
Look and Feel is a bit outdatet. Different user interfaces are looking very similar, wich sometimes makes it difficult to remember workflows.

They are revolutionized dispatching software. It is a brilliant software and I love using it every day.
I should have been the one reimbursed for the training because it was such a painful waste of my staff's time.
The pricing formula is fair and friendly. The software is supported by the various leading platforms such as Windows etc.
I had my doubts at the very beginning and started to express my frustrations within the first 30 days. I told them after the very first training session that I no longer wanted the billing piece.
Customer service is excellent and the software features/functions make the work place efficient. Software is simple and streamline making it super user-friendly for both drivers and dispatch.
These could probably have been YouTube videos). The inbound material scheduling portion of the software is not up and running with no timeline on its repair.
I love the ability to easily see the customers history right on the main deployment page for that customer (customer information).
Box location tracking is difficult and we have not ever got it working correctly. We are still using tickets to track then.
Pretty reasonably priced. Great to have GPS without having to have a seperate system.
I like that I can track all the dumps and see the length of time it takes to complete a bin. I also like how easy it is to use.
The software is very user friendly and colorful. It is easy to navigate each of the areas and their customer support is always available.
CRO is the best dispatching software I have ever used. It is so easy to use and has made my work life tons easier.
We believe that it is what we are using now and will be using in the future hopefully they can get it smoothed out.

We are really happy that we have fond Grey Trunk. Not only is the platform easy to use, the support we have received has been excellent.
Our previous inventory system had a very high factor of human error, so it could not keep up with our demands.
The value for money for a smaller operation is fantastic. That starts going down with the more assets you have, but it is a great way to build a system from the ground up.
The only thing we have found that proved slightly difficult was during the uploading of data - the date field in the spreadsheet has to be a text field and has to be dd/mm/yyyy format.
The accountability is so important in this industry, and Grey Trunk is the perfect solution.
We're just getting started but the number and types of reports are limited.
We have been very happy with the service we have received from Grey Trunk. This is the best product I have found for RFID physical inventory.
Scrolling through locations is difficult, at times, on a mobile device. If those populated as you typed the name or in alphabetical order, the time spent searching would decrease tremendously.
Overall I am more satisfied than I had expected. Glad to use this software.
We love that there is an RFID option for small businesses, and the customer service during setup and beyond has always been of the highest quality.

In the past year ToolWatch has made great progress in developing a mobile platform (iOS/Android) that is very polished and shows great promise.
The only thing that I have disliked about Toolwatch is the lost data over the years of updating the software and migrating data.
Always get a live, pleasant, helpful voice when I call. Great way to track everything from our vehicles and service to our tools and recalls.
I don't like that ToolWatch has added lots of features and charges us for them. We really only need a program that checks tools in and out and provides reports, as we have other programs for the rest.
I have used ToolWatch for over 10 years and have had outstanding overall results.
One "negative" has been the change in billing in association with the Cloud, as costs have crept upwards.
Overall experience has been very good. The customer service and technical support team are very prompt in addressing and resolving your issues.
The system is clunky and difficult to adapt. For example it is set up to track tools by the hour and cannot be set up to track/bill by the day/week/month.
Being on the finance side of the equation, I love the ability to assign costs to tools, equipment, materials and consumables and then job cost them to our projects.
Over the years we have had a few minor issues with components in the Service Area and Transfers in regards to Units of Measure that took some time to "correct", but overall there is no "least.
The support staff did a great job of working with us to ensure our data was set up in the proper format and this made the change easy.

The inspections and pictures now coming through live is a great addition as we are able to help our installers quickly. The support is amazing and any issues have been resolved.
I was unable to pull a report and pull only fails. I had to do this manually.
Assetpool has been fantastic and allows me to make informed decisions on the go. They have a great team and always will to go the extra mile.
Cannot edit job inspections as an admin after the inspection is complete (to fix mistakes) humans are using the software there will be mistakes.
All around an effective product that I will recommend and be using from now on.

Customer success team gives us regular updates on what else we could be doing with the credits available to make the experience of our customers even better with great industry focused examples.
The prices are quite high compared to the competition, we think that a cheaper "plan" is missing.
Woosmap it's a good alternative to improve your Store Locator. Easy to implement, fast, and a good response about your query.
Their API is not as complete as the Google Maps one (they lack some POIs).
Woosmap makes it easy and cheap to implement Google Maps on websites. I particularly appreciated the commercial support during the selection phase and the subsequent help in the implementation.
It's hard for us to add and delete listings from Woosmap.
A good alternative to improve your Store Locator.

It was very easy to use. If i have any issues all i have to do is all customer service and they are very nice and more that willing to help me with my issue.
One tracker never worked - was defective - still charged us for that for 2-3 months. Finally cancelled, as you leave a message and no one ever calls back.
We were able to price decline on our per unit price last year, and that is helpful. That makes Linxup even more competitive for us to keep, when we get good product for a good price.
They imemdiately cancelled our tracking - leaving us with 2-3 weeks of no service. Still charged us for that period.
We use it with our truck and we love it it the best in the market I love the way it keeps track of my miles I run and keeps me good on my ifta mileage thanks.
So now I am stuck paying for a service we can not use and they made no attempt to rectify this situation.
It's also a great way to keep our drivers honest and safe by monitoring their speed, harsh braking, and rapid acceleration. Businesses need this software, and linx up does a great job.
Cons: battery life; unable to change temp from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Fairly costly for one monitor.
I like the ability to know where my trucks are at any time. Setting up geofences has help to track time on site for our snow plowing locations.
Cancelled Linxup over charges & alck of customer service.
Have 11 units and helps me keep up with my equipment. I know if a driver has not moved to check on them quickly to ensure their safety.
I've requested the cab cards for Apollo more times than I can count and still have not received them. That is actually a DOT violation to not have them in the truck.
Integration and install were super easy. Switching from a similar product we had general knowledge of GPS tracking software; however, Linxup is a glorified version of what we were using.
These people are very quick to respond to make a sell but if you have a problem you cant get in touch with anyone.
Easy to use and it is a great product to keep track of our fleet vehicles.
