Pros and Cons from APIANT users

As an individual who doesn't have a whole lot of experience with API integration, this was a superb software to learn from and use on a daily basis.
For example, in the last month alone, I've run over 10,000 tasks; an amount that would bankrupt me to try and manage with staff, overseas or domestic.
Apiant is not only priced better than its competitors, but it also delivered a technologically superior experience to automating our company.
We've been told the software would be accurate and it's now, now they saying it's from MBO's fault. I never had that problem before.
Apiant is so powerful in what they can accomplish, yet they make it look so simple.
We've been charged right away. We also have been told we would have a service ready which isn't true.
And of course, each of these automations have worked perfectly, even with the work load assigned to each of them. The real genius of APIANT is, without a doubt, the ease of use.
The setup was to 'technical' for some of my less technologically inclined colleagues, but, as an engineer myself, I had no difficulties.
The idea of the product is awesome specially during the pandemic period for zoom user.
On top of everything, they're actually quite affordable which is a plus plus.
Comparing it to some of the other services that do the same thing, Apiant was a fraction of the cost and performed fantastically. We will keep using it and have already recommended others as well.
With Apiant, we are able to build robust integrations and workflows with practically any software in our toolbox. Their biggest value, for us, has been the professional services that they provide.
Easy face-to-face set-up to question and tailor-make functionality of software.
If the software would be accurate and if the developper would tell us the truth about the product It would be a big pro.

Pros and Cons from Datapolis Process System users

The system has the best design surface of all the workflow systems we have used or tested, it is stable and can easily be integrated into 3rd party custom software.
Constant system disturbances (from time to time it is not possible to e-sign documents, it is often impossible to open documents - error messages appear, slow operation).
Everything is excellent like Form builder, Workflow steps, integrations with other systems through APIs.
Sometimes I faced a lack of functions, especially the ones working with strings.
Realy easy to use, does what is expected, reliable, really helps with automatization.
Lack of full feature compared to Sharepoint designer.
Overall, datapolis has been pleasant to work with, it is a system that meets expectations considering what is out there on the market.
Difficult to manage the collected data from other programs. There are sections that cannot be automated, system is not user friedly and intuitive.
Process can be easily built and managed by business people. Excellent feature is user substitution, which applies also to the tasks, which are already assigned and active.
Datapolis Process System is great tool to automate your Business Processes in SharePoint. Lots of possibilities, easy to create and modify workflows.
I can use different types of workflows (for lists, sites etc). The software is very useful and helps to deploy different workflows very fast.
Access control and business process control are very important. Easy to use (not for everyone) and integrated with SAP.
Graphic interface, easy connection with other systems (JSON, LDAP, PowerShell), ease of moving and recovering workflows.
The maintainers of the program help with the implementation of various adjustments that we need.

Pros and Cons from Slope users

What I like most about slope is the ease of access to old creative. Whenever I need to reference something it is easy to find because of how organized the system is.
Not having to rely on Outlook, cause Outlook is the WORST.
The ability to quickly share the video and receive feedback while having it marked on the exact moment of the video is a great feature.
No thumbnail options, the client wants to see this before it goes live so why don't you have this implimented.
I loved having the ability to quickly send and receive feedback on videos that needed to be turned around quickly.
I wish i could drag and drop files to upload. I don't like that hitting the back button takes me totally back outside of the project.
Mouse over numbered notes on the video are very helpful. The feedback from customer support seems to be speedy and very helpful.
File archives can get a bit messy if naming conventions are not properly upheld by all users.
It saves me hours of work on every project. The tool is very intuitive, easy and fun to use.
I have never worked in house with a full creative team and this truly allows things to stay organized and get done. Utilizing Slope has been a game-changer and you wonder how you survived without it.
Sharing work and feedback is quick, easy and intuitive. Slope helps us communicate easily and effectively while cutting down on unnecessary email conversations.
I have used a few other project management platforms in the past and Slope is by far my favorite.
Ease of consolidating feedback on projects (especially video), even while contributors are traveling or working remotely. Slope's customer support is incredible.

Harmony is a fully featured, and incredibly well supported PSA software. Our platform team had spent countless hours investigating the best possible solution for our unique requirements.
The combination of Salesforce and ServiceMax was such a bad fit for us. Many of our processes had to be done outside of the system and we were losing valuable information.
Customer Service is exactly what you need - fast, informative, helpful and friendly. Fantastic supporting documentation for implementation and continuing use.
Also, when we had a problem, we had to "get people together" to gather all of the facts before we could answer the questions needed to solve issues since all information was spread out.
I must have spent countless days looking for the "right" PSA tool and I just kept coming back to Harmony, I love it. Happy to share my experience with anybody thinking about a new PSA.
Cons: We have come across a couple of small bugs but the team at Datalogic are so quick to respond that problems are sorted out straight away with little or no impact.
Harmony has fit the bill perfectly. With continuing feature additions, I have no doubt Harmony will continue to provide the solution for our business needs far into the future.

We are yet to implement some of the more advanced SLA features, but I know when we do, the guys at Data Logic will be there to help design the system to meed our needs. A very happy customer indeed.
Process integrated board functionalities are huge improvements, and we're excited to see more new features and installments such as this one. Harmony is also flexible.
The ease in which we can configure this to our workflow and not have to change our business model to fit the product as well as the ability to use the APIs.
Giving a true reflection on costs and profits and the Helpdesk has a lot more autonomy to hand so that simple tasks like email templates or how to guides can be quickly and easily sent to a customer.
It has helped us in every part of our business, previously we were loosing so much £ due to incorrect invoicing, Harmony is awesome and captures everything.
Harmony PSA is easy to use, and has very nice time tracking, billing, process flow and order management features.
Almost too many to mention. The ticketing system is awesome, it can be customised extensively.
Great customer service, and knowledgeable around the product and the sector. You can talk to any level of person, customer services, developer, director, they are there and willing to listen.
Great system for complex billings, dealing with finance functionality and report building.
We are now running our entire company on Harmony, and we have been able to reduce costs by rolling the third-party systems we were using into it.
