We are satisfied with all the report output we get. They have also worked with us with regard to good pricing breaks and customer support is excellent when we need help or fix on the software.
The most we missed was the more complex EDI module and the lack of advanced workflows within the standard.
The pre-sales engagement with Infor was good, particularly with getting to grips with the underlying business strategies to be supported through new systems.
If your business process does not follow the LN system exactly, it is a struggle. The system is difficult to adjust or modify to suit your specific needs.
The good thing about Infor ERP is that it is not as pricey as SAP and can pretty much compete with SAP in terms of functionalities.
The implementation with a local distributor in Thailand has been painful. Project managers change frequently, any type of customization is idfficult.
Standard product is comprehensive and is able to take care of a lot of business requirements.
Cross countries implementation in an international environment may be painful.
Best one go for it no doubt such a successful softer ware in the market.
Though now largely adequately functional, the identification and development of interfaces to external systems was both confusing and time-consuming.
Ease of use, complete ERP solutions , easy modules and session, customisation.
After using it for a bit more of time I found it easy to use and it responded quickly when releasing assets.
The user experience is the best i've ever seen.
Cloud Option: it is important to have a cloud option for customers. Integration: ION integrations with BOD(xml) and API are a groundbreaking Tool for communicating with other software.
Our internal processes are now stronger such as delivery note, production order, invoicing process. Inventory system, cost estimation, human and material ressources planification.
We are able to integrate third party software by using BOD messages and adding business logic with Extensibility.

The software is very robust being based on the Microsoft platform. Offering a great operations intensive software that can improve any production facilities processes and data acquisition.
I thought that the training I received from Just foods was horrible. Everything that the person was talking about was very technical instead of regular people terms.
They are resolved in a timely manner. The communication is excellent if something has to be escalated.
Modifying reports without having to pay JustFood is limited and kinda tricky to navigate.
Plus they throw the best yearly customer appreciation parties I have ever been to.
Unfortunately problems sometimes requires a developer to get involved, which sometimes come at a cost.
Overall, it's a great product and we are still discovering all the possibilities in this ERP.
It might have been the consultant we had. I know he is no longer with the company.
The program offers great flexibility to handle so many variations of situations has insured minimal customization to meet our needs.
JustFood provides a better value for a Mid-Tier product than anything else we looked at.
Easy to use and has accurate information about the inventory.
We are now able to analyze our production cost. We can also planned our production with Scheduler and The Plant application is really easy to use for the people on the shop Floor.

I like teh fact that there are 90-100 fixes/enhancements per month - this is significant and not possible with on-premise solutions. I like the fact that the UI is very consistent.
Customization can be tricky and very costly when it comes to upgrading.
Great Solution that continues to improve with new enhancements.
There seem to be some areas where the ball has been missed in places.
The ability to have 3rd party programs interact with SX.e makes it even more robust and beneficial. Infor is constantly enhancing the product with new features and products.
GUI is now left behind, and we are not able to upgrade to webui. Very frustrated with the "EVERYTHING CLOUD" and leaving on prem users behind.
We switched to the cloud based software with Infor, at a great time. WIth the pandemic our users have been able to access the software and work form home.
Sometimes it has been hard to keep in sync with Infor's moving targets wrt partners and ancillary systems.
The software is extremely powerful, and has an extremely well thought through process.
Constantly Improving, Including Usability Enhancements.
The software is easy to use, simple to train new users and offers easy administration for our team.
The software is easy to use and learn. The software is the main tool that drives our distribution business.

Pros and Cons from Ormandy users

Once you take the time to learn and ask questions, it's awesome. Not only to help you make money and see your profit margins, but view reports, see where you are at in sales and as a company, etc.
History tells a different side of the story; its just confusing for even our purchasing expert. You have to really search to see if something is on an Open PO, if it has been ordered or not.
Your inside support team is AMAZING and responsive. Thanks to them it's easier to use, run reports with money due that I have to run reports on, etc.
The invoices are not locked down so no changes occur after they are processed.
Also, it is easy to make adjustments or changes to make the system better; be it an address, name, inventory item description. Technical Support is great to help us as we have learned along the way.
Expensive for us to buy more users, only drawback I can think of. Have to contact the office daily to kick someone offline.
Just started using the assemblies module and received great help learning how to set it up. Will really help on Sales orders.
FrontLine's reccomendation of a single cut from the old to the new (rather than a phased approach) was a daunting task to say the least.
We know that Tech Support is available to us any day, with any issue, and that is a great feeling. We also like how we can tell who made changes thru the Log.
As our company continues to grow, we feel very fortunate to have found both an ERP and a company like Ormandy to help us get where we need to go.
Have been using Frontline since Jan 2015. Have been very pleased overall.
Reports, Ease of use, Flexibility, Support everything.
We were able to pull over our records from Quickbooks into Frontline. We have been able to set up reports that have eased our workload that was time consuming and cumbersome in Quickbooks.
The functionality was never quite what we needed and support was lacking. That all changed when we found Ormandy and their Frontline product.

It means a lot to know that you have help along the way when making such big changes and implementing a new ERP system. Steelhead software is extremely quick and responsive.
Automaded emails are sometimes held by spam filters.
The deployment of Steelhead was amazing. Sensitive content hidden] committed to a daily conference call over the first 6 weeks, along with 6 full days of operator training on-site.
Some features not used in process lingering. Transition with all of the nuances my business has was a bit more difficult to setup.
Overall Steelhead has been a great addition for us and in a very short period of time has increased efficiency, throughput and visibility throughout the shop.
I have not came across any items that have disappointed me that have not been resolved when discussed with the Steelhead team.
I have found it to be nothing but a success in giving us the tools for future success.
Very easy to work with, eager to help - and willing to admit when they don't know something, but quick to get answers on those items.
Steelhead really believes in the product that they have created and back it up 100 percent. The team assigned to our launch was very enthusiastic and took ownership of our account.
Steelhead has made our life here so much easier. One of the biggest benefits that we have seen with our implementation is that we now have visibility to job costing on a much more detailed level.
Customer support and ease of use. This software really separates itself from others I have used.
Also, I had a little hesitancy if investing the time in effort in onboarding the Steelhead system would be a benefit for the company.
This process has been and great experience. I was worried about bringing on the new system and the large learning curve it would create with our team.
