We are very pleased with our experience. We have been very happy with our support as well.
The app doesn't auto-update on our Zebra MC3300's. This is a challenge with the Android version on these devices and is no fault of Deposco's, but it is somewhat inconvenient none-the-less.
This system has scaled flawlessly with our rapid growth, and we're confident Deposco will be the last WMS system we will ever need.
This is a tough section to complete and here is why: Deposco really listens to their clients and receives feedback and critiques openly.
Lastly, their implementation and customer service teams are phenomenal. Overall, we really like Deposco and are happy we chose them from all of the other options in the market.
When reviewing the functions and features they had all that the Larger Companies have to offer and for much less. The Sales Cycles was easy, implementation was a breeze and support has been great.
Overall, the process to implement was quick. We've been able to build a good working relationship with the team at Deposco and they are always willing to help make improvements.

The advantages of apprise in my opinion are that it is easy to use. That is because the tabs are pretty dedicated to an individual function which makes it easy to learn.
It sometimes freezes and you could loose the work you are doing if it freezes.
If you sell into Walmart or any other EDI-heavy retailers, the EDI Transaction Manager will be of great benefit to your organization.
If you try to implement Apprise without the right expertise, you are setting your organization up for failure.
The customer service has been the same. Apprise is also very good at modifying their software to fit your specific processes and needs.
Sometimes it's difficult to find out all consequences.
Apprise is user friendly and easy to learn. Navigation of the system is easy as well.
UI: If you've seen screenshots, you'd know to stay away. Financials: No basic financials functionality (B/S, P&L, TB, A/R Aging, etc.).
Apprise is a good software for our wholesale distribution needs.
It has 100+ modules that fits lots of our operations' team needs. Order management and EDI is good.
The inventory control, customer orders and purchase order functions are easy. It is easy to customize product to our customers with this system as well.
It is really easy to use and can organize the apps on your home page the way you want it.
Strong customer support. Small enough, so they know their customers and specific needs.
Ease of working with data - various enquiries and reports. Import capabilities for mass updates/data entry.

A lot of things do not work or you do not know what they are for, they unnecessarily clutter up the program. There are no instructions in Polish.
For our clients its ease of use, its stability and flexibility and the fact that it produces the results that are required are of great value.
Ads in main window are presented through built-in web browser and this is a secrity threat. Search does not always show result, I need to scroll up over empty list to see one result on top.
The integrated system is accessible by all departments and the customizations available are great.
Forced to upgrade yearly. Hansa rely on users to test new features on new versions.
It's fast, it's light and it's very easy to understand. One of the most impressive things about this software is that it is available on multiple platforms.
Connectivity over various links works well and is stable and both on Windows, Mac and Linux servers the applications runs without interruptions. Security for transmissions over WAN links is great.

This is a unique and lovely system and is worth every penny.

I like to the flexibility and control over logic engine is the best thing I liked about the product.
If possible, option required to delete unwanted fields that are not mandatory in nature and may not be required by client. Changes in the Field placement over the screen do not function.
Very nice erp system for inventory and costing management. We have been using DataNote ERP since 2018 and so far we are very much satisfied.
Inserting additional fields in the table is painful. There are many fields one has to browse through and one does not know whether these are mandatory fields used by others.
The software is really good and easy to use. Must have for growing businesses.
