We were so impressed with the quality of the software that we have since expanded our use of IntelliTrack Stratus to manage our entire IT asset inventory.
This presents its own challenges that I believe most inventory software providers would struggle with.
Easy to work in and manage, The ability to create your own reports is great. The pre-installed reports are good as well.
The functionality of some pages does not behave as expected; some of the search boxes will search the entire field while other search boxes need to be entered exactly or no results will be displayed.
It helps me keep organized and on top of all our stock. We update the database once and week and run a weekly report.
If there is downtime with the internet, then there is no way to connect and you're left stranded for a bit. It also takes a really long time to move inventory to different or a new area.
The system has a lot of customization, such as the names of all category's on the interface. The costumer service is excellent.
Every semester, I need to add 50-100 names, addresses, ID numbers, etc. There is no way to copy and paste a list, or all info about a person, without entering each individual cell, one at a time.
Works great and does what is intended and as advertised.
I can tell you that IntelliTrack ISRP is one of the best inventory software packages that I have utilized for training. User interface is simple and to the point and students catch on very quickly.
This application is very much user friendly, really easy to use and It is able to access anywhere though Internet.

Overall, it has been a good experience. Luke is AWEsome and really does everything he can to help when we need it.
Inventory Module; debit/credit memo's - hard to find past purchases therefore we no longer us the module; service work orders - tracking is lacking therefore we no longer us the module.
When we made the change to PSN several years ago, they were all exceptional in helping us all navigate that upgrade. They all treat you like a friend and not like a number.
Inability to reconcile a range of bank transactions at once.
After using your product for 20+ years I feel I am quite capable of giving Team an honest review. There has been some issues over the years, but we have resolved (some with issues) them and moved on.
And making errors/mistakes, it's hard to REVERSE and correct them.
It's wonderful to have a team of such great people to work with.
There was a time that processing government orders was difficult.
Customer service is top notch - they are kind, VERY patient and incredibly knowledgeable and the wait is not long at all.
But you need to know all this before using TeamDesign; because now I spend time correcting my errors I didn't know I made and the reports are not clean and correct to review.
TeamDesign has a full set of features for office furniture sales. It is particularly good for larger projects.
It get's the job done; once you know how to use it and follow every CORRECT steps, it's good.
From the training I sat in on and the very short time I had some hands on with the new software, it seemed to me that Team Design was way more user friendly and definitely less complicated.

In the restaurant industry you have to have a great POS system to operate efficiently. Revention works great, and the customer service is fantastic.
The software is extremely expensive and for old out of date hardware, and dated software. The customer service is terrible and rude.
We like how it is integrated in our Revention system. I love how easy it is for customers to place orders quickly.
Gives error while closing, some items disappear suddenly, no cloud backup, for inventory module , you need to enter all info manually, you can not use it remotely and on and on.
Their customer support 24/7 has been a great feature they offer that we take advantage of. Any problem you have they will address quickly and resolve the issue.
I guess that's corporate speak for we don't care you are unhappy. When I tried to return the system for refund they threatened to sue me.
Great software fir the money. Very easy to use and track inventory.
This meant very long hold times and angry customers. I'm now waiting again for a call-back from our account representative.
Good suite of applications for the business side.
Now I have no alternative than to buy new machines, but I can't get our account manager to return my calls or e-mails. Work station number one failed completely on Wednesday.
It has really helped my place of work easy to train employees to use the post system overall very satisfied.
No more utilization or feature. You can not get details.
This system can be great, only if they can truly care about their customers. They care about you if you have at least 25 plus stores.
It's extremely easy to use. It's so easy to train new employees and they can truly "master" the system (or at least the basics of it) after only a few uses.
Revention checks all the boxes and is about as user friendly as a POS system can get.

At each store, we have about 4 stations with KDS. I really want to continue using it because we already have it and we know how to use it.
I find it very easy to prgram menu items & coupons...The integration of online & mobile ordering platforms is incredible & let's my business run smoothly.

It is good and I am liking it working with Webgility with Quick Books and Amazon.
Their off-shore support made getting issues addressed very difficult and inconvenient to address. After struggling with issues, I was renewed for another year in December of 2019.
I like this software because it is very helpful, and easy to use.
This concerned us as either their mgmt was unethical OR their viability was in trouble - so we decided to walk away from Webgility. Buyer beware with this company.
Implementation expert was friendly and supportive.
The cost skyrocketed after they went to a cloud-based model and they became greedy. Their support is bare minimum and they struggle to keep up with updates.
We've been thoroughly pleased with both the functionality and support we've received from Webgility.
Poor customer service charged 3K annual because we didn't give a 7 day notice will not refund it.
Webgility has allowed us to run lean and has been a huge savings over our previous integrated solution.
Lost thousands trying to integrate with them. Tried to cancel order but they weren't able to give even a partial refund.
