I also love the fantastic customer service that I have received each time I have needed it...nothing is ever a problem. A big thank you to them all.
Personally I find it confusing but my business partner figured it out.
The safety aspect of the tool is great (risk register). The presentation of everything is great and it helps my client know I've spent my time writing up everything.
Some features do not flow well. Need more actions for ttaching evidence/documents for completed projects/tasks.
I love that I can easily upload all staff required documents and and if needed they are easily accessible.
Great, have even recommended the tool to people.
Definitely easy to use this software as I am starting from scratch with some knowledge of the system but this is far better than having to rewrite our out of date system.

I would recommend this to everyone, i actually do, so easy to use once you have gotten the hang of it, also they are super helpful.
The main complaint I had from my employees was that the app "drained" the phone battery quickly (we set the tracking to every 15 min).
I appreciate that the team at allGeo is super responsive and ready to assist. I tested this product from day one, implemented it's use, and administer our account.
Therefore, if the employees can't keep their phone charged it doesn't work as intended.
The company has great customer support. They even reach out to help before you have to ask.
A little confusing to figure out some of the features.
I like using this software for tracking and monitor field employees. This is good for our purposes, but also for allowing the technician to verify where they are at any given time.
The inability to track the phones without updating daily.
Cost effective, and does exactly what we needed. Pretty good support as well.
I have no clue what the administrator screen is sorting by but when you try and sort by another column as soon as you refresh the screen it reverts back.

Our overall experience has been really good. The follow up and customer support when we have an issue has been great.
Needed to capture footage outside of system, can be confusing for first time users.
Software is easy to use. Like the dashboard feature and the ability to filter and address just what is assigned to me.
I no longer have to dig through file cabinets and try to merge data from five different spreadsheets in order to present loss data to upper management.
We are just surprised how quickly everything was setup and implemented matching our criteria. The guys at Emex were easy to work with, very knowledgeable, giving us great insights and advice.
Finally a risk management software geared toward Risk Managers.
We have been delighted with the interaction and support we have received from EMEX. We are based in DRC which is a challenging business environment.
I would be happy to recommend EMEX to anybody organising large events.

I have greatly enjoyed the implementation and usage of BioRAFT. Representative and her team have been excellent in walking us through the process.
Exporting the chemical inventory where it is readable and printable has been a real disappointment. The Labs vs Spaces disconnect is absolutely ridiculous and does not seem very well thought out.
Ease of completing the inspections and the ability to take and save pictures.
I have multiple emails regarding lost time and data. I have to copy and paste everything I key into BioRAFT into a word document in anticipation that what I entered could be lost.
One of the main benefits of the software is the ability for enhanced correspondence between the research lab and our safety team.
Overall BioRAFT has been more trouble than helpful. It only works if the professors and students use it and many have been very frustrated with it so they do not use it until we tell them to.
Records keeping is great. Presentation of dashboards and data at the lab levels are very useful.
The navigation can be difficult when trying to renew multiple training in one go. Getting to the page that tells you what you have left is difficult.
The best part about the software is you can have all your programs under one interface with a single login.
One of the most frequent complaints is initial usability on the researchers side. The initial set up of lab profiles for some of the labs seems to cause some issues.
Available customization of the software is beneficial and the interface is user friendly.
Multiple duplicate "check off" messages need to be sent back and forth for seemingly no reason.

As someone who likes To do research and use data, I really like the ease of gathering that data and pulling out what I need.
M only upset we didn’t find watchtower sooner.

Also, it fails to spell check properly in most browsers, which can make your documents look unprofessional if full of mistakes.

The customer service is exceptional with any request for changes or amendments dealt with quickly and followed-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

I really like the Maxwell tool for magnetic simulation. It is a very detailed and useful tool from the concept phase to simulation level analysis with the Simplorer tool with an easy interface.
It should be in a common server so that anyone with access can leave comment and update. At the end, the complete process can trace all the updates in one version, not in several.
One of the best features of the program is the easy linking of safety analyzes and requirements created in DOORS.
I cannot select several components at one with ctrl+shift or drag).
The expereience is good. We now use it to speed up functional safety and cybersecurity activities for various projects.
It is hard for a newcomer to know they need to turn those on.
It is very good product for Functional Safety analysis.
Mprx file in order to share the work / updates. Very difficult to follow up which one has the latest update.
The traceability feature is excellent, easy to use and follow. FTA feature is extra ordinary.

We use this for surveillance and security and I love how customizable it seems to be. Its pretty easy to use and set up (which is awesome to explain to our non tech people).
There are so many features that it is hard to just jump in and start using this software right away.
The ITRAK team have been great to work with, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] are very quick to respond and help resolve questions on the software.
Several limitations with this software exist. It is not able to integrate with many ERP systems and the interface is not very aesthetically pleasing.
ITRAK has transformed how we work, making us far more efficient and consistent. We are more responsive to clients and have improved reporting.
All in all this system is a step towards keeping our customers, assets, and employees safer.
