we just pull up work front which contains all IT projects and use it during our scrum meetings which has made us more efficient.
Waiting for approval of projects and closing projects seems to take a lot more time thatn it should. It requires middle management to approve of projects.

I like the ease of use, functionality and visibility into all the projects in the system. The reporting function is nice as well.
I wish that the Proofing tool had a tighter integration with Workfront projects by providing a link into the projects.

Since my internship at the university, I started using it and it helps me in my short projects.
Projects can be tracked in real time, through dashboards and panels displaying key information. It also allows you to create reports on delivery efficiency and other indicators.
Depending on your projects you will choose one product or another, I consider that its performance is optimal for small projects. But for larger projects perhaps looking for another option would be more appropriate.

It allows us to apply out time specifically to individual projects we are working on. We can also add projects into the application, assign teams and give status for the projects. Can also insert and update deadlines or extend the deadlines.

I like how it can be customizable. Our operational manager didn't spend a lot of time to built it and launch to designer for use.
I with it had more functionalities like on demand editing or making correction of a piece of artwork. Able to set automatically prioritize projects and assign projects.

We are using Workfront to track Learning/Development projects and programs. This kind of work is challenging to track as a lot of it is difficult to define in a project .

inability to integrate with older versions of Outlook, limits of worker licenses to make small updates to projects/issues/tasks, inability to forecast projects/capacity without a lot of work and detail

Keep up to date on projects that we have going in real time. Easy to use, easy to update. Would definitely recommend.
It helps my team organize projects, into one location instead of spread out over ten-thousand emails. You can update you progress on the project, and stay informed of the rest of your team mates progress. I have used Basecamp as well, and to me Workfront is more robust.
The only thing that it is lacking in my opinion is live chat. The mobile version, although it does work well, it only shows the projects that you are on, and none of the nested projects.

So far the use of Workfront has not improved much from the move Redmine product to this one.
Allows tracking of notes and tagging individuals to send email directly from tasks. Also allows documentation to be attached to tasks
Hard to organize and keep track of individuals assigned across multiple projects and tasks.

I use Workfront on a daily basis to keep track of the projects I am working on and the stage each one is in. It is extremely helpful to be able to see an at-a-glance list of the projects I'm assigned to and their due dates in the My Work view. I have used competing products when I worked at other companies (Workamajig, Harvest), and Workfront is a great combination of a robust, powerful platform with a user-friendly interface. I prefer it to any other project management system I have used.
The workflows are great for our organization, because we can easily have a project flow seamlessly from the PM to our developers/designers and then to Legal & Compliance. Tagging people is also an extremely useful feature. I love the documents tab as a repository for all the docs related to a project, and that documents can be individually commented on. It is also easy to keep track of hours spent on a project with the "Log Time" feature.
Sometimes my My Work view gets a little cluttered up with projects that are waiting to launch or stalled. I think it would be useful to be able to organize projects or hide them in order to clean up the My Work page and only see the critical projects that are in motion at any given time. Or even if I could make personal notes to myself on specific projects so that I don't have to open them up to see what stage they are in.

layout is easy to read, seems to be easy to do reporting and to navigate to my own things once I get lay of the land

More visibility into projects.
The are alot of options for tracking time, users can create their own custom dashboards, the recent update ticker on the side is a nice feature.
I would like for the interface to be more aesthetically pleasing especially with the offering of a client facing module to submit tickets/issues. With all the options to tracking time I wish there was a way to remove the other time options from the organization so it doesn't confuse another user.

I like how Workfront allows users and/or a team to track projects, hours and the progress on projects. Teams have the ability to view the status on all of the outstanding projects.
It's a little bit difficult to navigate in order to optimize all of the available features.

It's great for managing projects and everyone's timesheet. It also provides real-time updates on how far along projects are.
It's pretty complicated. It can be daunting to jump in and get started on the right project. They have training available but it's long and a big time commitment.

Overall my experience with Workfront has been extremely positive and I look forward to using this software to its full extent.
Workfront centralizes email requests and keeps track of items you need to accomplish for each campaign and keeps the campaign manager in sync with your process. This also helps with review emails and providing edits in one centralized location. Additionally this helps with resource management and project syncs to be reported out to leadership.
I wish it was a little more geared towards digital/Email and less IT/creative projects.

A must have for small businesses. If you are planning to have a process around the daily operations, this is the right tool. Offers almost the same features as Workfront at a fraction of the price.
User friendly UI Value for money Ton of features Ease of use Even the free version has a lot to offer Great integration with other modules
