As a recent project manager who migrated from TeamWork, I found their interface way more resourceful because I was able to store SOPs and onboarding processes to blend them which allowed me to also enable project collaboration between team members and thus, a leaner and more intuitive team collaboration approach to avoid cluttered manual processes and enable fasten process automations without much effort.

The subtask tracking is something I want to like, but I don't, because the subtasks end up with less visibility and some confusion about what's done or not done.

The UX is sometimes too heavy: it can become difficult to navigate from one view to the other as there could be lot of items on a single page.
